Terrible terrible terrible
I love the store but their online presence sucks. The app and website are dysfunctional. Like a complete waste of online space. Someone needs to get their head out of their butt and get with the 21st century.
Standard
Solid for tracking points but that’s kinda all it does. Add a reading tracker and a friend’s/reviews section and I’m IN! At minimum the reading tracker would make it a bit more worthwhile. Nice to keep track of my points though
Fix your app
I’ve been trying to reset my password for 20 minutes… the reset button just doesn’t work. 0 reaction
Doesn’t work
Someone needs to do something about this app. I receive emails and promotions from 2nd and Charles. Recently received an offer of $5 off if I download the app. I download and try to sign up and it tells me I already have an account. I do not. But I try the I forgot my password anyway. It sends me the reset password link - 9 TIMES - and every time I get “link inactive”. I create a new account but the can’t redeem my reward. Tapped the app support and it only takes me to the store’s main website. This app does not work.

App has never worked
I’ve had the app for over a year. Spent hundreds at 2nd and Charles and have never once received a point. Even a store manager tried to figure out why. I love the store, but their app is trash.
No rewards
Email says I earned 5$ off and to download the app to redeem, yet thre is NO reward, don't waste your time
App doesn’t work at all
I tried to login but it keeps saying my account doesn’t exist but when I try to make a new account it says that I already have one and to reset password but when I attempt password reset, I never get the email.
Needs improvement!
The app definitely needs some improvements, I can't get past the signin page.

Doesn’t let you log in
Every time I try to log in it just tells me I’m not a valid customer. The employees couldn’t fix it and the only way I can log into my account is on the website so this app is rather pointless and should be removed from the App Store
App isn’t good
I’ve downloaded the app and that’s all it’ll do. When I tried logging in, it says “no customer found”. When I try to create an account it won’t let me. The app just freezes. So I can’t get logged in or created even though it says I have an account. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that’s didn’t even change anything.

Love the store, app not working
I love the store and get all these exciting notifications for the app, but the app doesn’t open. It’s all blank. I can’t take the rollercoaster of emotion :(
Can’t Log In
I can successfully log in on my web browser but the minute I go into the app, it tells me Customer Not Found 🙃
Needs Work
My first time in 2nd & Charles today and I loved the store and found a few books for my kids reading log.
Downloaded the app and it’s needs some work. I signed in and I loved how it was very straight forward about the points, even though my purchase today wasn’t taken into account. I keep getting a notice every time I open the app to “ please update to latest version to continue usage” even though it’s already updated. It would be awesome if they could add a option to scan your receipts after if they don’t do it at checkout.

Not Responding
I have downloaded and attempted to sign into the app multiple times and all I see is a white screen after the signin process. (The app appears to allow my signin)Yes I have deleted the app, also redownloading as well. I’ve even went so far as to reset my password to no avail. Would love to be able to have access to the app as I am a very frequent shopper of the store. Please have someone look into an rectify this issue.

App will not even open and run. It's a blank screen literally. It's the same issue on droid and Apple
