I did ask not to put staples on my shirts when dry cleaned and next thing I see is STAPLES on my shirts.

They save me time and money-and do a fantastic job while doing it! I’m a senior, unable to do my own laundry-and I couldn’t ask for a better service. They pick up & deliver back in a timely manner-and everything is clean and folded perfectly!

Disappointed so I will discontinue
I am planning to discontinue the service after nearly two years due to declining service and increased prices. I have seen an uptick in misplaced laundry. The final straw for me was the price increase for comforters. I received a card with my most recent drop off telling me about a charge for comforters. That's insulting considering the app (as of 3/8/25) boasts the Linen bag holds a king size comforter. Since I send bed linens out with my laundry this price increase no longer aligns with my budget and laundry needs. To add insult to injury, the bag my comforter was put in fell apart as soon as I picked it up by the handle.

Second chance
Gave 2ulaundry a second chance after issues with multiple deliveries. I have been using them since their start up here in charlotte. This last time was a try us again you won’t be disappointed! My laundry said it was being delivered for 18hours. The driver just dumped it a neighbors house. Never sent the delivery confirmation!!! Thank god it was a neighbor and I lugged my huge bag of laundry home! Do yourself a favor and try a different service. This one has become too big to care about individuals.

Laundry made easy!
My wife and I love the 2ULaundry app and service. We have two young kids, both work and this gives us one less thing to worry about! We can set our pick up and delivery date with ease and love that we get notification windows about when our laundry will be picked up and delivered.
Perfect for travel
When I lived in Charlotte, I loved 2ULaundry for when I came home from vacation and had a mountain of dirty laundry.
Now that I live out of state, I love using it when I’m in CLT for work and can go home with a suitcase full of clean laundry.
