Will not load
An update was performed yesterday and now I am unable to open the current view. Every time I try to open it, the app closes on me. I am unhappy with this development. Especially since I paid for the year fee.
To what some say the cams are amazing and it never offers a seven day trial so that’s false
I have 5 cams and not once has it put me in a trial…the user that said this is lying
apps not after one year using.
My app giving notifications for moving objects but when i try to open its just shut off by itself. I am so confused and frustrated.
Update problem
Was working very good then this latest update came out every time I try to pull up cameras it shuts the app down, yes I restarted camera yes i check for updates, yes I rest phone
Camera & app
We love the security camera & the app. We have the 360 camera and the quality is great. The subscription price is great & the customer service is great also. The app is very easy to use along with setting up the camera
Sometimes you can actually see events
Eh it's just alright. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Like right now I can't even see my recorded events. It's also a slow build to get the camera warmed up to see what's actually going on. The charge on the camera box lasts about a day and a half. Would I buy these cameras again instead of going to with a different system? Likely not.

Easy set up!
The set up for the app was very easy. Navigating and use is equally good but the playback has some lag. Overall a great value when you consider the price!
Great for cottage security
I have purchased to install at my cottage mostly for période of the year that we go as often and are able to check on the place. This is work perfectly and provide a sens of security of your belongings
Terrible app for mediocre camera
Hate this app. When setting up a new camera, it prompts you to name it. The keyboard covers the “OK” button, so you can’t advance. Nothing will make the keyboard go away. Likewise, try to delete a camera, and you can see the delete link, but cant pull it up far enough to press.
Added an SD card, and it wont record without paid subscription for EACH camera. Just terrible all around.

Paid features not functional
Custom zone monitoring doesn’t work. I’ve reset it mutiple times. Still getting unnecessary notifications outside the set area.

Very disappointed
Keep getting data update failed failed and lose cameras. Also if you try and go to the link to see about a subscription the link also fails. Very disappointing
Beware Subscription NEEDED
Most of the reviews are about the camera itself and not the actual app. Yes, the cameras are decent. The app, however, not at all. After the 7 day “free trial” the cameras will not record anything without a PAID subscription even if there is a MicroSD inserted. Manual recordings and snapshots do not get saved to the MicroSD. They are saved in an album folder in the apps settings page. When viewing the live feed, it won’t automatically record for motion. There’s a hundred spelling/grammatical errors throughout the app and some settings have text that reads, “if you have no idea, please choose default,” rather than actually giving an explanation on the differences. Without a paid subscription, these cameras are just a cheap kids toy.

Subscription service just tacked on
How are you gonna charge a subscription fee to watch your recorded alerts from motion detection on a device that has its own built-in storage. It should be writing directly to the SD card. I could understand when it was a laps in 24 hours, but getting an alert, that motion was detected and then not being able to view it because you don’t have a subscription is asinine.

Poor app. Worse cust ser
Could not go thru set up of 3 cams on my iphone Ipad or itouch. Used wife’s Android. Does not detect a car more than 25’ away. But rain will set them off. Pay the extra and buy Reolink or Blink. Cust service was helpless when i emailed them.
Reliable camera
Love the reliability of the camera. Even without a cloud subscription, it can store brief moments of activity.
