Les différents exercices ne sont pas expliquer , le mouvement n’est même pas montré je ne comprend rien

No instructions on how to do each exercise safely and effectively. You may as well use a notebook and pen to record your progress.
Great! But,...
This app is awesome to have and exactly what I’ve been looking for to whip me back into shape. It’s steady and cost effective which is all I could ask for. So far, I’m happy with the amount of workouts on the app, though I’m sure more added to each category wouldn’t hurt. My only thing (isn’t too big of a deal but really annoying if I make a mistake) is not being able to edit or delete my custom challenges. Other than that, great app! Very helpful!

Great App, User Friendly
I’ve been using this to get my 30 day goals for the passed few months. It’s a great app, very easy to use, but I think being able to edit/delete/add custom challenges would make this app so much better! Get too cluttered, especially not knowing which custom challenge you’re doing when you’ve added so many! Thanks!

Really annoying
I’m on day 2 of one of the challenges but have to stop because it drives me crazy because at the beginning and end there is a whistle and blow horn sounds for start/finish exercise and no Matt how low you turn your phone volume, it automatically adjusts the volume to it being loud and obnoxious. The sounds are my only reason for deleting this app

Fun. Simple. Great.
Really good app. Takes everything step by step. As a beginning I find this really fun because it builds confidence each day. Only negative would be that you have to keep tapping the screen so your phone doesn’t lock which can be distracting while trying to do the movements. Overall really good!

Une app qui m’a aidée à redessiner mon corps
Une app hyper facile qui m’a métamorphosée! J’ai intégré les exercices dans une routine quotidienne, et cela a été très efficace pour moi. Seul petit bémol, je voudrais modifier un défi que j’ai créé mais je n’ai pas l’impression que l’on puisse. Y a-t il une façon de le faire qui m’échappe? Merci d’avance pour votre réponse, et merci pour cette app qui a vraiment changé mon quotidien! La première et unique app que j’ai eu envie de payer!!!

This app SUCKS don’t get it 😑
This apps sound was not working for me, so during the exercise + break, if I wasn’t looking at the timer I would have no idea it’s over. During the break time it shows no info on how to do the next exercise! Alsoo when you first open the app just a number broad comes up, nothing else? AND the app does NOT send you notifications, there’s no option for them either. Your lucky this app doesn’t cost money! BECAUSE IT SUCKS!

This app is so helpful you have to look through and find all the feature. It gives you a free 30 day meal plan as well which helps greatly. The workouts are also really affective.
Love but can improve
I really do love this app. The free features give you enough to workout and increases time and intensity which I love. I ended up buying the full version and found the customizable workout very useful. I do however think the app can improve by adding more workouts to choose from and being able to edit/delete the customized workout.

Très mécontente j’ai voulu télécharger l’appli sans faire d’achat et en touchant les icônes ça vous factures!!! Et évidemment impossible de faire un retour en arrière ou quoi que se soit!!!!
