Clunky
Be nice if cards were saved in alphabetical order.
Couldn’t find simple way to update existing card details, had to delete & re-add, but new card didn’t show up.
Only benefit is not carrying lots of cards around - saves space but not time at store checkoutMrsAOM
Forced upgrade doesn’t work
CardStar keeps trying to force me to upgrade, but when I go to enter my email and password in, the screen jumps and I can’t see what I’m typing or move from one text box to another. Now I can’t access the cards I had on there. Very frustrated.winchester1994
Could use some updates
I have used this app for years for my loyalty cards instead of having to carry them. I love how simple it is and doesn’t take long to find each card at checkout. One thing I wish would be updated is being able to edit the logo for each card. Most of my cards automatically add the company logo when I add them- rite aid, stop & shop, etc. but for some there is no logo making it hard to find the right card. I wish I could add a logo from my photos for these cards.Show lessk__n__n
It doesn’t work anymore
I have used Cardstar for years. Now it has stopped working. I had all my loyalty cards in it—grocery cards, pharmacy cards, etc. Unfortunately, I no longer have the physical cards. Now, when I open the app, it tells me that to retrieve my cards I have to sign in with my email and password, but when I first started using the card years ago, they didn’t ask to set up an account, so I don’t have that. Without it, apparently I cannot retrieve my data. Everything is gone! I’m very frustrated.Show lessLaTraductora
SUCKS!!!
Barely got it working on the initial version. Once forced to upgrade, the fields for entering my user name and password were unusable. Nice idea, but this app has some seriously annoying glitches!Greg0_83
Won’t allow me to sign in!!! Very annoying
Updated IOS to 14 it stop working and won’t let me sign in even after multiple password resets. IOS 16 still not working. App software team need to step up. I loved the app so think about your users and fix it!Happyfeet416
A MUST-HAVE app for me!
I have loved this app for years. Honestly I would be lost without it. It hold reward cards, ID info, sooo much info that I would panic if I thought it wouldn't be available anymore!! Thank you for creating this. It is just right-not overly complicated...I wish I knew how to back up the info, that's the only wish!!Show lessAbav811
App needs updates
I like this app, but it needs updates. I like my cards in alpha order, and I used to go it manually. Now, it seems I can do if at all. I tried searching gif a card , and it didn’t work, even though it has in the past. Would appreciate your attention to this. Thanks.RUNNINGONMT
Fail
Changed phones and this app would not allow me to sign back in.
I lost thousands of loyalty points with various vendors.
The answer from CardStar was a password reset but it would not recognize my email which I have had for more than 15 years.sincere 63
Don’t use much anymore
This used to be my go to card app until I found one that works on my watch. Now I only use it for some of my obscure cards. It’s a good app but the cards I have on my watch allow me to leave my wallet and phone in my pocket when checking out, if the store accepts mobile payments. Still, I’ve had very few problems with this app.Show lesstherelybare
