Doesn’t work in Canada

Poor delivery

We had several attempts at having food delivered during the week. The first order showed delivered but didn’t turn up. Contacted chat help desk and they refunded to credit.

We then tried an alternative restaurant. After waiting ages they cancelled with no reason
They refunded the credit and the delivery charge , so we even had 2 separated credits on file.
The third attempt took us ages because we kept getting a measage saying you couldn’t mix promo codes. We eventually had to delete one of the credits to allow the order to go through.
We then waited close to 2 hours for the delivery which arrived after midnight, about 4 hours after we started trying to order food

As we go home on Monday we have just placed an order to use up our credit. The app again wouldn’t accept both credit amounts so we could only use one. This leaves us with a credit balance of 7 dollars which we will never use.

All in all a very disappointing experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered from them today and ended up not receiving my order meaning the person driving delivered it to the wrong place despite me putting in the correct address. I tried multiple times to receive a refund and they kept saying that they are not able to give me one despite me not receiving MY WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER which is absolutely ridiculous. They reasoned it by invalid excuses such as saying i have had issues happen before with the account i was using, which is clearly false because i downloaded the app right before placing the order and have not ever had a previous account with them. I want my refund!! - nyaa simone If you want a guarantee that you will be compensated if your order is wrong do not order from this app! They’re workers are extremely unprofessional and don’t know how to handle any issues except for sticking to the script that is given to them to say when problems like this occur. They have no sympathy nor desire to actually solve your problems. not to mention you will have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order that you don’t even know if you will even receive due to their drivers laziness and lack of ability to pay attention to where they are delivering to. I seen that they recently did an update yesterday and all that i can notice that’s different is now they don’t give refunds at all no matter what is wrong with your order!! RIDICULOUS!! what type of improvement was that!!!

Useless

Pffft. Told the app you use precise location; I’m in the USA and at a hotel that uses GrubHub as their rooms service yet it tells me that GrubHub is not available in my country. Go figure! Cant’t get around issue. Delete and downloaded app again - didn’t fix.

Waited over an hour just to find out they canceled it at last minute brutal would not recommend using them you’ll starve waiting

does not support intl mobile phone numbers

go through whole order process to then realise at last minute that the app needs US cell number. cannot accept UK phone number format. +(44) etc

Cant use in Canada

You can download it in canada but you can’t use it in canada theres no option for Canada

App won’t work with Canadian number

I’m in the US travelling and wanted to order to my hotel room.

The app refuses to allow my phone number to work saying invalid number.

Doesn’t work in Canada

Apparently the address I live at, a house which has stood for 50+ years on a street that has been part of the biggest city in Canada for that long, simply does not exist.
