  • Autistic Daughter Loves This!

This application has been a great facilitator for my daughter to learn her animal sounds. I really like that there are REAL animal sounds. Not a person saying, "A Cow Says MOO!" The voice saying the animal is very clear. There are also other types of sounds as well and they all sound exactly like they do in real life. Great app!
  • Love it..

My twins love this.. They are primary mandarin speakers, so love the Mandarin language. It's easy to use, and they love imitating the sounds. The only issue is sometimes when you click two at the same time, it will play the first, then the second. This gets them a little confused.
They have enjoyed this from 18 months until 24, and still going strong.
  • Sound not working

My daughter loved this app, but with the new ipad update its sound no longer works. All other sound is working (itunes, other apps with sound, etc).

Update - figured out the lock above the volume rocker is now a mute switch. It is working fine now!

    Great App :)
  • first game I got for my son

this is the best game ever!! it is the first game I got for my son almost 2 years ago already?? he was one and a half, and he could instinctively figure out what to do with the game. best of all, it helped distract him in the ER one day when he was injured. he still plays this game sometimes. I preferred the woman's voice, which was substituted for a man's voice in one of the updates (there was something gentler about her voice). I also purchased their "I see ewe" game, which is also highly recommended.
  • The Kid LOVES It!

My toddler LOVES this app. It is a great way to keep him quiet in the car. Unlike some of the other "sound" apps I've downloaded, this one states the name of the creature or vehicle. My son especially likes the updates with the cars and planes. Every time he hears the fire truck horn he yells "WOW!" One small criticism is that the man seems to be saying Ambalance instead of Ambulance...although the error amuses me, I wouldn't want my son to pick it up.
  • No sounds!!!

I think that this app would be great if it worked. I downloaded it on Wi-Fi and when we tried to use it there were no sounds in any of the pages. I deleted it and tried buying it on the apps store on my computer. Downloaded and synced but still the app does not work. I am sad because I KNOW my toddler would love it if it did but since it doesn't work I have to hate it. I reported the problem and hope that someone will contact me with a fix or get an upgrade in to correct the problem. Saw that other iPhone 4 users were having the same problem. Help!
  • Fantastic App for 2 year olds!

There are several apps out there for 2 and under, but none have kept my son's attention like this one! I can ask him to find an animal or vehicle, and he can even remember the page it's on in the app. He can mimic sounds and recognize animals that even Nick Jr and Sprout haven't been able to do. Highly recommend!

FYI To reviewer that doesn't want to hear "This is the sound...": You can turn that part off in the settings and just have it make the sounds. :-)
  • Simple entertainment

I have 2 boys (ages 3 and 5) who enjoy this app. "All" it does is make animal sounds for a limited number of animals. However, they love it; it makes them giggle. It's a great app to have in a collection for young children. It's especially a good one when you need them entertained for just 2 minutes and cannot help at all with the app. Simple! I'd estimate an entertainment age range of 9 months (with you helping, of course) to 18 months (they could do it on their own) to kindergarden, though my boys' cousin (girl, age 8) did this one really quickly, too, and smiled with it.
  • Wonderful app!

My almost 2-year old GrandDaughter loved this and it was difficult to get my iPad back from her once see started playing with this. Would love to see more sounds added.
  • My son loves this app!

My 15 month old loves this app! We have had it for about four or five months and he's still not sick of it. He also likes the other sounds (cat, train, etc). Must have. Can't believe it's free. Thanks developers! You rock!
