Annoying
I’ve used this app for about 8 months. I’ve never had issues with it until 2 months ago where I bought a ticket for “a different man”. I then drove to a station here in Vegas that was 25 min away idk if my phone was out of service but I didn’t get a notification thru my gmail or couldn’t log in to my fandango account. So I asked the worker hey I bought tickets but it’s not showing up on fandango. Then I was just gonna buy another ticket and when I was looking at the available seats and I saw my seat that I chose was occupied and checked my statements and the purchase went through. The worker also did help me connect to the WiFi so it’s not my phone it’s the app. The fact that this is a 3rd party app made it harder than it has to be because that station couldn’t do nothing with my issue. I’m done buying tickets on here after today because the same shirt happened to me again. And I go to the movies twice a week If not once a week so for me to experience this is an inconvenience.

Need my money back
When fandango help me I will delete my review until them people be careful when you put your card and it say something went wrong because they still charge you for the tickets and i don’t know if you will get the money back. I call the theater and they said there is nothing they can do to call fandango here I am my last option is go to the back an report the app stealing money they only with bock the app and no you don’t get money back so my lasts hope is fandango if not I will delete this app forever an report it. I noticed that is more cheap to pay the ticket at the movie theaters, Fandango charge me 54 dollar in the app and when I went to the theater they charge 44 dollar. I was trying to get the tickets but the app was acting weird so I stop I put my card 3 times in there but it didn’t work and I went to the red stone theater and my husband buy the ticket at the movie theater when I got home I noticed fandango charge me for the movie fandango need to help me get the money or exchange tickets or points please is so sad to lose 54 dollar for nothing . I can send pictures of proof we went to the movie theater and pay the tickets there because the app was acting weird if yall contact me I will send you the proof. I am not trying to get money out yall but yall need to work on the app.

**Title: Worst App Experience Ever! 🌟** I wish I could give this app zero stars. Fandango has managed to take everything that should be simple about buying movie tickets and turn it into a nightmare. First off, the app crashes constantly. I can't even search for a movie without the screen freezing up or the app completely closing on its own. When I finally do get it to stay open long enough to browse, the user interface is a confusing mess. Buttons are too small, the text is hard to read, and the layout looks like it was designed by someone who has never actually used an app before. But the worst part? Buying tickets. Oh man, where do I begin? I selected my movie and showtime, but when I tried to choose my seats, the app decided to randomly change my selection to a different theater in another city. Seriously? And when I finally managed to get the right theater and seats, the payment process was a disaster. The app wouldn't accept my perfectly valid credit card, and when I tried using Apple Pay, it just kept loading indefinitely. Don't even get me started on customer service. I reached out for help and got a generic auto-reply that did nothing to solve my problem. By the time I managed to buy my tickets (on the website, not the app), the show was sold out. Save yourself the headache and just go directly to the theater's website or use another service. Fandango's app is a joke, and not the funny kind. 📉
