Cool job search engine to find real jobs but there are so many fake ghosting jobs
I have been using this app for over 3 years now for job searches and have found most of the real jobs that come from real employers who have sent me real job offers vs fake employers(scammers) who have sent out fake jobs that I have reported to Indeed at least a couple of times but those ones but they are still there but I ignore them because eventually they will be taken down automatically. Maybe indeed should hire me as their job fraud investigator since I have searched these fake jobs so many times and found out that either there are none of those jobs available on their website which means that they are really not hiring at the moment. But still I would recommend still using them or any other job search engines like LinkedIn or Glassdoor. But please Indeed stop posting up some fake jobs that you know that nobody is gonna want!!

Its a bad application , no one answering , i applied more than 50 jobs and 0 interview
Doesn’t work
I’ve put out hundreds of resumes and haven’t gotten so much as a phone call or email but when I put out physical resumes I do get interviews and hear back from the employer rather quick so it’s evident that this app doesn’t work.

I am not an adult and i have no experience.
As a 17 year old its so difficult to find jobs in my area and indeed just doesn’t help. Indeed will take your information such as your age and past experience, (in my case 17 with little experience), and will offer you jobs at a liquor store, professional construction, full on doctor positions, store manager, etc. I find it very frustrating to put in my information which clearly shows that i don’t meet the requirements for a position, yet i get recommended that position anyways.

Horrible! Indeed is horrible now!
2 yrs ago I got a nice little job off of indeed. I was pregnant & after having my son the place that hired me was closing their business. Since March of this year I have been applying for job after job after job on indeed. Out of 100s & 100s of jobs I applied to not even one place called me back. Not even ONE! my resume is absolutely amazing! It is now almost October. Not one place has called me. My sister recently showed me a video how indeed does this now on purpose. They are now posting dead jobs or fake jobs..& the video mentioned that’s why tons of people do not receive calls back anymore. Makes total sense, bc there is honestly no way that not a single company has reached out to me. And when I tell you I’m applying, I mean I’ve submitted my resume to about 20 different companies each week or every 2 weeks since March!!!! Indeed is honestly trash now. I used to really love this app & you could always find a job & get hired rather quickly. Not anymore. For this entire year, I’ve had zero luck & that’s pretty odd. I will not be using indeed any longer. In fact, I have downloaded a new app to try because this is absolutely ridiculous. Good riddance indeed.

Useless App
I applied into 47 jobs and no replies
Disappointing
Not good outcome and results. Applied to over 600 jobs and got not even a single response so far. Even to the lowest level jobs did not get any results.
Developers and employers need to read this
I’ve been using Indeed for a while now, and I have to say, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. It often feels like companies post job openings just to make it look like they're hiring. I've applied to over 100 jobs, and barely any of them have even bothered to respond. The few that did just sent generic rejections, saying they were moving forward with other candidates.
The whole application process needs a serious overhaul. If jobs really need to be filled, why aren’t these companies hiring when people like me are applying? Job listings are often misleading, and many positions stay posted long after they've been filled. It’s disheartening to put in so much effort only to face automated rejections with no feedback on how to improve.
Indeed needs to push for more transparency and clearer communication from employers. It would also help if they ensured that job postings are up-to-date and accurate. The current system just isn’t working for job seekers, and it’s incredibly disheartening.

Full of spam, fake jobs, and scammers
Indeed used to be great, now it’s full of fake jobs that want to use your personal information to either scam you or add to a list. Many email responses from applications of impersonated companies replying and asking for ssn etc to verify yourself. I’ve received so many telemarketing calls and fake amazon delivery text messages as a result. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your time.
