No response
My mom and i both put in requests for our street to be plowed after the big snowstorm. Many days later, still no response.
Requested services not recorded in “My Requests”
The app is alright but the request submissions are becoming like cross examination questions. They ask multiple questions that are unclear and then request YES or NO responses only. Starting to feel like system to prevent requests.
I understand there are lazy people out there always trying to blame someone else fir their probs but sheesh!
Also , after a request is made, it doesn’t show up in the app as a recorded request. So no traceability and no accountability.
Also , historically, someone closes out my requests a few minutes after I open them so as to keep the “stats” looking great. Sometimes the request is never addressed. This is not an app problem, of course but a systemic issue led by poor management.

Privacy nightmare
You must give name and phone number and that information can then be found in public records. Seems to be just asking for retaliation from business or property owners that get reported. Won’t use again if I do I’ll be using the name of a city council member and list city hall’s phone # and email.

AppNot worth for over a month. Period
Not working
Cannot go beyond the first question where you can upload a picture. First time using the new app and it’s garbage!
Does this app work now??
Tapped to report a water leak. Found the address no issue. Next screen, “add a photo?” Oof - “yes” or “skip” yield the same result. Nothing. App just stops in its tracks. Consequence? I googled the phone number for GCWW leak reports and just called it in. A zillion times faster. NO idea what the problem was with the app.

Since latest update will not proceed past photo
This app is great when it is functional, the latest update and name change have led to a situation where I am not able to proceed past the photo portion to actually alert the city to an incident. This is no matter whether I try to put in a photo or not. This app is effectively useless, now.
Increasingly Unresponsive
WTH is wrong with this app? The only way to navigate is through touch input and it doesn’t register any taps.
App not working
I’m trying to submit something, and it won’t bring up a location. It tells me I’m out of the Cincinnati area, while I’m sitting in Mt. Lookout Square!
I love this app when it’s working! Things get done promptly!

Very easy to use
I find this app very easy to use. The response on requests by the City of Cincinnati has been timely and issues have been addressed/taken care of.
App barely works
Application doesn’t load the map half the time and when it does it crashes. How are we supposed to report potholes when you can’t even access the method the city suggests.
Poor, frustrating customer service.
I’ve been trying since late December to have a couch picked up. Each time I get a date of pickup, I put the couch at the curb and it isn’t picked up. I’ve spoken to customer service and reschedule four of five times, and each time they apologize profusely and reschedule for a later date. Today I was finally told that I’d need to go through Rumpke. This would have been over two and a half months ago if I was told that from the start, but instead, no one seems to understand the service.

Shows complete lack of understanding of UI
Terribly designed, this app was out of date the day it was built. It hasn’t been updated to fit new iPhone form factors in 2 years. It requires Location access Always and if you only grant it “when using the app” it refuses to use “GPS”. The entire process of creating a ticket ignores all standard controls in favor of broken, poorly designed substitutes.
This app is a textbook example of government-created apps. They had no experience in doing it, no budget to hire someone with experience, and everyone involved has never used modern technology. They probably designed the app in PowerPoint.

Great when it works
I’ve used this app to request street signs to be replaced, fill potholes, and get oversized garbage to be picked up. When the map actually loads, the app is wonderful and the city’s response matches the speed! Many times though, the map will not load will does not help, especially when trying to notify of potholes in the city.

Convenient to use
They must have fixed the app, I just submitted a request with no problem. Would be nice if you could submit more than one picture.
Can't Submit a Request
You can fill out all the information and even add a picture of what needs fixing, but you can never submit the request. After getting all the way to the end of the process the submit button doesn't work. I've tried four or five times over the last couple months and have never been able to submit a request using this app.

Doesn't work
One way to improve your numbers is to not allow requests for service. Much like the other review, I found that submit request does not work. Don't waste your time.
Doesn't work - don't waste your time
I have tried several times to submit a request and every time I get to the last step after completing everything.....the submit button doesn't work. I have the latest version and have reinstalled the app several times and still no luck. Disappointing.
Loved the old version (City Hall app) but Fix It Cincy! Is a downgrade
The old app is still great, except that you only get a few seconds at a time to use it before it forces you to the App Store to update to the newer version that doesn't work. The old app had trash collection and recycling dates while the new one only provides recycling dates. The old app was fast and easy to use, the new app is slower and more difficult to navigate and always seems to be broken or missing information.
