  • Customer service solved my problem

    Almost everyone is likely agree that the NatureSpace recordings are outstanding. I had a problem getting the recordings to download to one of my iPads. It did take several rounds of communication with the support team to solve the problem, so the solution did not happen overnight. I’m happy to say that they did get back to me and they did get the recordings restored to my newest iPad. I use my iPads daily in a wide range of ways. I feel like the NatureSpace recordings actually improve the quality of my life. I wish I had more time to spend out in natural settings. The recordings give me some of the pleasure and peace that I miss when I can’t get out into nature.

  • Incredible Sounds, Disappointing Customer Service

    I have purchased the entire collection of Naturespace, and the sounds are incredible. Each track offers a unique and immersive experience that truly stands out. We are talking over 150 tracks. Naturespace has been around for a long time, but I suspect other jobs by the creators and covid stopped them from being able to produce more tracks in recent years. So when I saw new tracks I was excited. The sound, the look of the app, and the overall immersive experience makes this app awesome. However, I am giving this app 2 stars due to the poor customer service.
    When I purchased a new iPad, only about two-thirds of my tracks were restored. I contacted support, and they assured me that I would receive a link to finish downloading my previously purchased tracks, but that never happened. I have reached out to Naturespace through Facebook and sent two emails, yet I have received no additional responses.
    While the quality of the sounds is top-notch, the lack of support and resolution for restoring my purchased tracks is unacceptable. For an app of this caliber, I expected much better customer service.

  • Cannot Restore Purchases After Buying New iPad

    Update: I have been contacted by support and this issue has been corrected. I hope going forward that the dev’s get a fix out so restoring purchases, on new hardware, does not require jumping through these hoops.

    Issues aside, I love this app, and have used it almost exclusively since it first came out. I am excited to see life being breath into this app and look forward to purchasing new tracks.

    I try not to do this, using a review to get the dev’s attention, and will do everything within my power to work through customer support but in this case it is not working. I have purchased a new iPad and I cannot restore my previous purchased tracks. I went through this with the purchase of a new iPhone and support had to work behind the scenes to get this working. I have sent several emails to support and have had NO response over several weeks, and no the response is not in my junk mail. I was really excited to see renewed life on this app, I have used it for a very long time and have purchase almost every track but that does me no good if I can’t get access to them and can’t get support to respond to help with this issue. As it stands, this app is great unless you purchase new hardware, for some strange reason I can access 18 of my 149 purchased tracks. How can I get this resolved?

  • Long time user

    I have been using NatureSpace since before 2012 for various uses from relaxation to focused inspiration for creative endeavors. The sound quality and abundance of tracks as never left me without something calming, insightful, or inspirational to get me through my days and hours. Stuck in suburbia or in the city due to work related tasks the ability to sonically escape my surroundings was and is a continued boon to my mental health. While recent updates had caused issues where purchased tracks had no longer been available, after some patience and working with customer service, these issues have been rectified ten-fold. I am very pleased and recommend this app to everyone considering it as a relaxation and meditative service and plan to continue using it well into the future.

  • Buyer Beware

    I was a long time user of Naturescape. Upon upgrading my phone to a newer model I sought to redownload the app and the the purchased tracks that had been purchased as far back as 2012 (have my Apple receipts from my records) but when I tried to download the tracks they did not appear. I contacted customer support and was sent back the same information as other users received from customer service: that all my owned tracks are available to me and all I have to do is hit the specific check for download buttons and put my id in. As with other reviews that gave me none of my owed tracks. When uninstalling and reinstalling the app even less titles were available than before. When contacting support I sent screen captures of my receipt and in a further e-mail that I had even less tracks available. Naturescape appears unable to uphold their part of the deal and is just focused on their subscription model. I would recommend anyone be wary of purchasing off this app and, with their trust factor tarnished, be wary of even the subscription. This is a terrible shame as the tracks themselves were wonderful and sounded superb.

    We understand how frustrating it can be when having trouble accessing previous purchases, and there have been a few situations that needed assistance, including yours from 2012. We were still working on it with you! You stopped responding, so we can't help that. However, you should be able to know the difference between a technical glitch and an evil developer. We will say it again, the subscription is optional, purchasing is still available, and always will be. But if you stop responding to emails, we can't help you. At this point, we have resolved all users issues... except yours apparently. We're here, ready to help whenever you are ready to receive it. Also, you got the name wrong, it's NatureSpace.
  • They’ve finally made new tracks.

    My favourite tracks are Afterglow and Imaginarium. I like tracks that are spatial and not busy or too crowded with constant noise. Some silence in between would be more realistic.

    Well! You’re BAACCKK! Good for you! & even better, you let us keep the sounds we already bought!!! That right there is HUGE & will get you far. I’m not a big fan of the whole nu subscription thing but I get it. Everybody else is doing it.(doesn’t mean you have to, but whatevs) I’m just really glad you’re back & that everything I bought is still here in the app. Thank you for letting me keep them. That’s something that literally every developer is NOT doing that you guys are; letting us keep what we bought. I may not be a fan of the subscription thing but the price is reasonable & you’re even going above & beyond & letting us buy the sounds a la carte also. This plus the fact that we can keep what we already bought will earn you SO MUCH respect in the biz. No annoying ads either! Way to go guys!👍🏽👏🏽🙌🏽 Oh, & the sounds are just as awesome as always! Played Stillness last night & fell asleep within 5min after weeks, months, & even years of chronic insomnia. Thank y’all SO. MUCH. Whoops! You NEED to FIX the New Releases section or notification!! I opened the app tonight & a notification said a new sound was available & to find it in the New Releases section. So I went to New Releases & IT’S NOT THERE!! Stop it! Don’t announce that a new sound is available & NOT HAVE IT. Fix it or stop pranking your customers!!!!🤬

    I’ve used Naturespace for the better part of a decade. Couldn’t sleep or study without it, can’t recommend the beautiful ambiance here enough.
  • New version a let down.

    Used to be great, latest update seems to have removed AirPlay functionality for purchased tracks. A real shame.

    AirPlay is working great, you just access it differently now due to changes in iOS. Now you simply do it through control center. Please reach out to support@naturespace.com if you have any difficulties.
  • 10 years use!

    I love Naturespace, I’ve been using it for about 10 years! I got worried when I saw the subscriptions in the new app, but it said that’s run alongside the ability to purchase the tracks, which I did years back when there was the option to purchase the entire catalogue. So glad you haven’t stiffed us long term users with subscriptions! Thanks Naturespace, I rave about you to all my friends and colleagues!
