It works! Uses wi fi that's why it can't turn the computer on. Perfect as is! I don't mind the delay since I'm lazy to get up in the first place. Even though my hp comes with a remote that puts the computer in sleep turning it off is the only option I need.
Truth..
I use windows Vista, 7 beta and Windiws 7 (RC) and this program works BRILLIANTLY with all three Windows Systems.
I used the free version first and was so impressed I splashed out and downloaded the full version, and there isn't many programs that I've paid for that life upto the cost... Thank you

Works well for the first use . . . . .
It worked the very first time I used it. Then - NEVER again. I thinks it's great that you are allowed to try it for free, because you shouldn't spend money on something which will only work once. I followed installation instructions to the letter, and the best tech help I received was, "it must be a problem w/your machine". It is a good idea which needs major tweaking. Try before you buy. P_O

It can't. This app works via your WiFi network, and your computer can't be hooked up to the WiFi if it's off. Seriously, it's common sense.

Cool little app!
Works great, my only wish is that it worked beyond my local network. How 'bout adding that functionality? I don't care about paying for a version w/o ads, but I would pay for one w/ more features.

This is a great app but I gave it four stars because it really needs a on button and a log off button would be great to.

Just what I needed! This app makes it easy to turn the computer off from another room over wifi. Tonnes of apps let you turn computers on, but this is one of the only ones that turn them off --and it works with my mac too!

Great app with the same look and feel of vlc remote. Recommend you skip straight to the paid version for greatest satisfaction. PC software works well under XP but could use some tweaking on 2003 server. Keep up the good work Rob! :D
