Total waste of time and money
It doesn't tell you that you need to log onto a computer and download additional software etc. Only tells you that after you have paid. Avoid.mgh444
Easy to use, very efficient
Great tool for downloading/ creating an audit trail/dialogue of SMS. Easy to filter, download and coincide with iTunes. Very good/responsive support also if you have a problem (my fault!). I used for a legal case and perfect for collating required evidence for lawyers.ymallebm

Very easy to use with the PC and downloaded software, backed up some important SMS conversations so I can wipe my old phone.pdtnc

Worked extremely well to produce a string of email conversations going back 2 years, to help in a potential fraud case! BUT, a bit fiddly to get going, buy app first on desktop seems to work better (I bought app on iPhone first and then had to transfer to iTunes in a sync. You also have to sync to desktop, rather than iCloud, as this programme filters all backed up txt messages on iTunes, and not on iPhone direct. Best download in web browser, but also will produce an excel spreadsheet. Good buy!Show lessKiwi Jules Downunder
SMS Export
Initially SMS Exort was working well and doing what I wanted it to do using my PC. Then my PC started to die so I reconfigured my home system. Since then SMS Export started to play up. However after using the email help function one of the staff guided my back on track. Thanks Fabrizio Farenga.Dord Moss

Pretty useless
I tried this on 2 iPhones (both 4G's) and the app did nothing. 5 dollars wasted.Johnny6300
