  • A Review of Jean Paul Gaultier's Collection on Net-A-Porter

    I recently purchased the black top and skirt from Jean Paul Gaultier's collection on Net-A-Porter, and I'm absolutely loving the edgy vibe they bring to my wardrobe! Although I haven't seen them in person yet, I'm excited to style them and show them off.

    The transparent black fabric with the bold, printed eyes and lips is a true showstopper - it's like wearing a work of art! The design is so unique and eye-catching, I can already imagine the compliments I'll receive when I wear them out.

    I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the fabric, which looks and feels luxurious. The fact that it's see-through adds an extra layer of sass and sophistication.

    As always, Net-A-Porter's service was top-notch - fast shipping, beautiful packaging. If you're looking to add some daring, fashion-forward pieces to your wardrobe, I highly recommend checking out this collection.

  • Your company struggles

    Your Net-a-porter app times out and kicks me up after 15 minutes of usage. Payment times out and screen freezes any time you have promos and increased traffic. The pricing often is higher by 20% when shipped to Qatar than shopping tax fees in Europe. Yet, the import tax in Qatar is only 5%.

    In addition, yoox, your outlet company is a fraud. Better close it. You keep on adding old inventory at exaggerated prices. Your catalogue staff is terrible with no attention to description details and clear photos of item sides and back. Your management plays with prices changing it several times throughout the year. An item may cost 2005 more or less when re-listed. Stock is so old and often damaged, dirty, and often wrong size or items are sent. Last time I ordered nearly 2,000 Euro to Qatar through Rami Shinnawie account of my husband and without any notice, I could no longer return these old damaged and not fitting properly items at your expense. The shipping back to Italy of that big box was 400 Euro, so I decided to give the items away and NEVER shop with Yoox again ( I shopped with Yoox for 20 years first from USA and then when I moved to Qatar)

  • Beautiful app, crashes so much

    Love the app for most of my shopping, but browsing is such a pain because after a bit of scrolling, the app crashes and I have to relaunch it. Happens over and over until I have to give up. Other than that, pictures, searches, and the ability to go back to where you were looking easily, without scrolling back to find it, is really nice.

  • Luv this app and the hip, classy apparel I can have at my fingertips within a “half-minute.”

    Luv the easy access to high fashion ready-to-wear and major market labels, beautifully curated, from such a fluid, user-friendly e-tailer; all while sitting around at home in my undies at 11pm. Only complaint is — have some sales and discounts for good customers. See Shopbop — when they offer their “a few times a year” 30% off, I usually empty my “wish list” into the cart and have a party.

  • Shuts off unexpectedly while browsing

    I love the layout and feel of the app and I only have 1 complaint- the app shuts off while I'm browsing products unexpectedly. I'm not sure how widely or frequently this issue is felt by other users, but it is a big disruption for me. This shut down is a relatively new issue I've faced and this happens every single time I'm on the app. Please fix this. Otherwise, this is a wonderful app.

  • I had to check out as a guest

    I did a password reset and have yet to receive a password reset email. Did this 3 times. Finally just checked out as a guest. But, They had the style of sandal with the height that Saks didn’t have. And, overall I just love this site. The password reset just needs to act faster if that’s the problem.

    I always get great service when I order from New a Porter. Their website is VERY easy to navigate and returns/exchanges are seemless . I have had to reach out to customer service a couple times and they were always very professional and meet my needs. Net a Porter is definitely my go to website for ordering premium/designer items.

  • Egregious customer service

    I purchased three items. Two of which were delivered in fine shape (bogner ski pant and tony sailor jacket). The one, Erin Snow ski pant, had a hole in them. It is clearly a manufacturer issue not a UPS carrier issue. The pants are stitched together quite cheaply for a $700 ski pant, which is why I declined the offer to have them exchanged. I initiated a return, sending in photos of the pant hole as well as proof of the tags that the pants were never worn. Promised I would get a refund, after numerous calls and emails into customer service, I’ve recently learned they are trying to blame UPS for the delivery and claim the return has timed out because it’s taken Net-a-porter over 6 weeks to conduct the investigation and process the claim. Not only is this atrocious customer service for a distributor selling high-end brands, it’s egregious that each time I ask to speak to a manager, there conveniently is no one available. I’m not only filing a claim with the better business bureau (an American association for consumer business compliance) but will also report this to UPS that the company was trying to claim the issue was with their carrier. Never shop here!!

  • So far very good!

    I’ve read so very unsatisfactory reviews and I was reluctant to purchase but I must say my first purchase was excellent! My item came so fast and packed professionally! I got exactly what I ordered. I was so impressed that now I feel extremely confident in purchasing from net a porter anytime! Also the chat feature was nice too…person came right on within seconds and the help was clear and seamless. I’ll make a review on the returns process next….again…so far very good!

  • Online Luxury Shopping at it’s finest!

    The selection is superb, the pricing is competitive, the app is so easy to use and maneuver (plus its aesthetically pleasing), shipping and returns are unparalleled and customer service is top notch .
