I recently purchased the black top and skirt from Jean Paul Gaultier's collection on Net-A-Porter, and I'm absolutely loving the edgy vibe they bring to my wardrobe! Although I haven't seen them in person yet, I'm excited to style them and show them off.

Unreasonable return of items without informing the client
I have need buying items from many sellers this year: Farfetch, Mytehresa, Harrods, Matches
Only Net-a-Porter sends back items that I have returned and charges full price.
Last return was delivered back to me without a single notification and explanation from support service. I have no idea why they rejected return.
No one contacted me.
If I have changed my home adress this pricey item will be lost at all.
I feel the platform is trying to increase sales by not allowing returns or finding fake reasons to reject returns
If I wasnt ordering from other platforms I would think it's industry tool but from my experience it's only Net-a-Porter that is doing that
Will delete the app and use Mytheresa instead.

a - Porter. Due to present circumstances I tend to buy at “sales” times. I have never been disappointed! Customer care is always helpful and understanding and readily available. My purchases always arrive on time, beautifully packaged and enticing!! I really look forward to that ring on the doorbell on the appointed day !

Honestly …… hands down best service on this planet. You cannot fault the customer service or returns . The delivery times are beyond next level. I shop all over the world but Net-a - porter is just exceptional. Thank you.
Go to matches instead! Awful product and aftercare
I have had the most awful experience with Net a porter and will never shop there again - I would strongly advise going to matches instead which provide an exemplary service. I bought a Saint Laurent tote for over £1000 only for 8 weeks later the stitching from the handle to unravel and it become unusable. This happened in November, I offered to exchange or return and re buy the bag as this was obviously faulty - net a porter initially ignored multiple emails and calls (of up to an hour at a time ) and then eventually refused any reasonable help- finally agreeing to take the bag for 2 months to assess whether they would repair- this is not luxury retail nor service. I have given up and am going to foot the repair bill myself. Do not buy from saint laurent it is not luxury quality and do not order from Net a porter- should something go wrong you are on your own.

Great app but could be even better
This is a great app but 2 things; there’s a bit of lag and it’s not connection related, I’ve tried different locations. Second issue is the filtering.. it’s not very user friendly specially when you want to filter to multiple items across different categories.
