Hard to negotiate items and shipping
I tried several ways to remove an article when I added two to my cart- I had to go round and round and then push remove which didn’t occur to me because I wanted one of them. Each time I had to re- enter the shipping address.Elizajana 24
Can’t click items in the shopping bag
There is a bug in the current version. I can’t click on any of the items in the shopping bag. I have to find them through search to see their detail. Also, sometimes when I try to filter on one view it takes me to whole other brands or sale pageSoumeyab
Issues
Takes a while to load. Sometimes when I click on things they don’t work. Ex: I clicked on view size guide in various locations. Nothing. Clicked on a different color. Image won’t change. Also chill with the notifications. They are out of hand.moonchcana

EIP customer hates the new iPad version
I’ve been a N-a-P customer for seven years or so, an EIP for five, and the latest release is terrible. You have to scroll significantly down within each item to be able to flip through photos. I find it to be so off-putting, I’m not buying anything and just going to Bergdorfs online instead. Too bad, because Net a porters buyers are better.Show lessMulloyo
Notifications not mapped to items
This app has a glitch in which the notifications aren’t mapped to the actual items presented in the notifications. Every time I receive a notification regarding an advertised item, when clicking on it, it goes to the main website page. Not the item that was sent in the notification. Kinda annoying not to be routed correctly. What’s the point of the notification?Show lessSheSheOak

Jumps ahead
Whenever I am scrolling through maybe every minute or 30-45 secs it jumps ahead four or five rows. It’s so annoying and after a while I will just stop shopping. Otherwise the app is easy to navigate. I wish they would fix this glitch as it makes it totally unpleasant to shop/browse unless you are looking for something specific.Show lesslucia bonilla
The best app ever no longer works
The new version of this app is so buggy that I’ve never been able to use it without it freezing on me. It’s so upsetting as I used to use it all the time. I have the iPhone 12 mini. Does this app work for anyone anymore??thecontessa
