I been a customer for more then 7 years, I have ordered 3 pack Oribe gift set. And each of them are missing 1 item. When I try to contact the customer service, at the beginning , the ask me to return it, and all I want is get the missing items, later they’re saying that product is not including, it’s an error , and didn’t give me options. So , I have to call, the customer service said they would love to send the items, however is out of stock. They can offer me 10% discount on next purchase. I went to online to check while I’m still talking to the customer service team, it have stock on line. And they have to transfer me to supervisor. But I got hand up on supervisor.

Egregious customer service
I purchased three items. Two of which were delivered in fine shape (bogner ski pant and tony sailor jacket). The one, Erin Snow ski pant, had a hole in them. It is clearly a manufacturer issue not a UPS carrier issue. The pants are stitched together quite cheaply for a $700 ski pant, which is why I declined the offer to have them exchanged. I initiated a return, sending in photos of the pant hole as well as proof of the tags that the pants were never worn. Promised I would get a refund, after numerous calls and emails into customer service, I’ve recently learned they are trying to blame UPS for the delivery and claim the return has timed out because it’s taken Net-a-porter over 6 weeks to conduct the investigation and process the claim. Not only is this atrocious customer service for a distributor selling high-end brands, it’s egregious that each time I ask to speak to a manager, there conveniently is no one available. I’m not only filing a claim with the better business bureau (an American association for consumer business compliance) but will also report this to UPS that the company was trying to claim the issue was with their carrier. Never shop here!!

So far very good!
I’ve read so very unsatisfactory reviews and I was reluctant to purchase but I must say my first purchase was excellent! My item came so fast and packed professionally! I got exactly what I ordered. I was so impressed that now I feel extremely confident in purchasing from net a porter anytime! Also the chat feature was nice too…person came right on within seconds and the help was clear and seamless. I’ll make a review on the returns process next….again…so far very good!

Frustrating customer service
I’ve made a $2000 purchase but decided to return the item unfortunately. Somehow the purchase disappeared from my account order history and I am unable to initiate the usual return process. I’ve contacted customer service, who has been a different agent every single time. They would ask me to do something different with every email, and when I reply the next person would ignore my original question of “why is my order history not showing up” and proceed in their own way without even referring to the message history and prior communication. Now I’m told to return the product, but how can I not be concerned with the refund now there’s no record of purchase under my account. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing, it seems my emails aren’t resolving the one question I had from the beginning, what does it take for me to speak to one real person that can communicate like one?!

Hard to negotiate items and shipping
I tried several ways to remove an article when I added two to my cart- I had to go round and round and then push remove which didn’t occur to me because I wanted one of them. Each time I had to re- enter the shipping address.
Can’t click items in the shopping bag
There is a bug in the current version. I can’t click on any of the items in the shopping bag. I have to find them through search to see their detail. Also, sometimes when I try to filter on one view it takes me to whole other brands or sale page
Issues
Takes a while to load. Sometimes when I click on things they don’t work. Ex: I clicked on view size guide in various locations. Nothing. Clicked on a different color. Image won’t change. Also chill with the notifications. They are out of hand.
