Newest update freezes when scrolling thru selection
I love this app, except that the previous version would crash occasionally on my iPad Pro. The new version now freezes during scrolling. Please fix this!HorstLA64

Has become extremely glitchy
The app has become super glitchy, shopping on it truly has become a horrific experience. Theres something that keeps going wrong when it comes to checking out with the shopping bag, the items disappear when you want to check out, so i go back and put them again but now i have two of everything and theres no way to remove it because when you click on the shopping bag everything disappears again.. I noticed it since last year and i honestly stopped shopping on it, but then for someone unknown reason i tried shopping on the app again and this happened AGAIN!!! Also my friends have been experiencing the same thing..how was it not fixed???????Show lessLumpygrumpy

I have never yet been disappointed by Net-A-Porter. If I can’t find something anywhere else, they work hard to find it somewhere!
I love the option of saving your order number and info to your camera roll. Saves me the time of having to screenshot my receipt!Beachnut53

Let them edit down the many choice out there and you will find those quality pieces that really make a difference in your total look. Returns are easy, but I rarely need to do that.elfie22

The App never opens, never works (had it on my iPhone for 3 or 4 years). Deleting it & reinstalling doesn’t help either. ... The App is more convenient because clicking on items from the email would connect direct to the webpage.Chas SC
Wishlist not working or tracking orders
I’ve loved using this app so far but for a month or so the wishlist is not working. It makes it hard to keep track of the items I want to buy (main use for it is easy access to the things I’m highly interested in when I’m ready to buy) . And I can’t track the orders I’ve placed using the orders button. I have to wait for an email with the tracking number.. kinda annoyingShow lessPumpkin0585
