Gone Seriously Downhill
I’ve been shopping at Net-a-Porter since 2012. I loved the site. The merchandise was great and so was the customer service. I just ordered four pairs of shoes last week and heard nothing for almost a week. So I called which is always a pleasant experience in the past. I was greeted by Tony Soprano would proceeded to tell me my merchandise was being held up by unforeseen circumstances. The government wasn’t allowing my shoes to be sent. Really? That is not an unforeseen circumstance at this point. It is known. Why was there no notice on the site or an email informing me when I placed my order? He couldn’t even tell me when they thought they’d ship, so I cancelled my order. He said he ‘would see if I could cancel.’ No apology, nothing. RIP Net-a-Porter. They have the shopping experience separated by shoes, clothes, accessories Etc. You can sort it by price or select a specific designer. You can also look by material type like linen. I have learned which designers I like by browsing.Fkacita
Quick and easy
I’m always tempted to look at this site but I never ordered before. It was a great experience. I ordered some shoes without any difficulty at all. I’m so anxious to get them and try them on. Looking forward to wearing them from Spring and into fall. Thanks for all you do to provide beautiful, stylish and elegant clothes!

Greatest Application and site

I have shopped with Net-a-Porter since the very beginning and they have never failed to deliver the finest in both products and customer care, always presented exquisitely. The app reflects all aspects of this perfection beautifully, it is user friendly, reliable and it just works the way you want it to. Functional, but only just
Card capture does not work whatsoever. If you like to shop over the course of several days (like I do) you will have to completely empty and refill your cart before ordering as it seems the items expire?? It let me fill out all my payment and shipping then claimed my cart was empty. Nothing I wanted was sold out and I had to re enter all my info. Expect a little better from luxury shopping. Might as well just stick to the website. No benefit to the app.Show lessmym1991
ITS OK
Would have thought their app would have been more advanced. Wish images scrolled on PLP like Shopbop. Wish PDP had “the look” widget as desktop does. Quality of images could be clearer. Load time is slow overall. xoxo still love net a porter though!! :):)msbolobolognese

This app makes fashion come alive. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the amount of work which has gone into making this app esthetically beautiful while being easy to navigate for anyone. I shop with Net-A-Porte exclusively because of the ease and beauty of their app.vhsef
I can’t view or save things to my wish list
I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can’t considering I can’t purchase my most loved items because I can’t see them! I thought it was just a glitch with the app but it’s been this way for months. I stopped using the app and today I logged onto the website outside of the app and realized that now I could see my wishlist but nothing I had been saving in the app had actually saved. Lack of credibility
I'm using this app for 5 years, and my last order was Whirl Trio Styling, the box should include 3 barrels but it was empty! They charged me with the full amount for the handle only. It is written in the description that the product including the barrels and I checked many sites who sell the product and it the same (the handle plus the barrels with the same price). They reply to me and asked for a refund request and return the box! And I'm not satisfied with this reply!Show lessDalal Abdulla
