The way that Net -A-Porter displays ALL of their items for sale is superior to every other site, I believe. If I’m looking for shoes, I see what they look like on not just the feet, with an actual outfit and person attached to it all. This goes for all clothing and accessories.
This is very important for personal shoppers, and also when gift giving.
Lastly, the service that Net-A-Porter provides scores a 10/10. I have never called in and not had my question answered or my concerns addressed.
Oh…and the large selection of cosmetics is awesome!! 🙂

EIP customer hates the new iPad version
I’ve been a N-a-P customer for seven years or so, an EIP for five, and the latest release is terrible. You have to scroll significantly down within each item to be able to flip through photos. I find it to be so off-putting, I’m not buying anything and just going to Bergdorfs online instead. Too bad, because Net a porters buyers are better.

Notifications not mapped to items
This app has a glitch in which the notifications aren’t mapped to the actual items presented in the notifications. Every time I receive a notification regarding an advertised item, when clicking on it, it goes to the main website page. Not the item that was sent in the notification. Kinda annoying not to be routed correctly. What’s the point of the notification?

Damaged goods received! Refund not in full amount!
I bought a defective item on the website, after receiving the bag, there is 2 clear dent on the bag. I have returned the bag and did not receive a full refund. Been contacting customers service with no solution. I’ve been told despite returning the damaged goods, the custom fees will not returned to me. I don’t recommend buying from this platform.
