Latest bug fix failed!
The app was perfect. Then I updated it 2 days ago and I cannot view products. I cannot log onto my account. I can click on themed edits such as London FW feature. I can’t even browse “what’s new” - please fix again! It’s frustrating to wait to search your site on a regular computer :)JeongNYC
The best shopping website out there!
The website is so clean. Really highlights the merchandise. Wonderful customer service and fantastic selection! My only complaint is that I have a large wish list and it is very difficult to delete items. You can’t delete multiple items at once and the system is slow and finicky when deleting.shesakieper

Incredible site and offerings other than the fact that they require your Social Security number if you would like to pay by credit card instead of through PayPal. Other than that I love it and am a repeat customer!!!!EK333333333333

Excellent online shopping experience
They are always so fast to ship out purchases. They also process returns and refund your money back fast should your order doesn’t live up to your expectations which doesn’t happen very often. I love this website.The hobo ninja
Terrible service and website
The website is a disaster! Extremely hard to navigate. The Brits don’t understand the rules that Amex uses for charging for purchases making it very hard to give these knuckleheads your money!unhappy in the SE USA

Cart is Fickle
I have on a few occasions found something I really love, put it in my cart, and without warning me to check out or lose the item, the items would get deleted while I was browsing for other items. Bad system as it leaves the client feeling annoyed. It does not really allow you to select standard shipping, even on sale items, which makes me feel like they should just delete the options. Shipping is consistently delayed on next day orders.
