Has become extremely glitchy
The app has become super glitchy, shopping on it truly has become a horrific experience. Theres something that keeps going wrong when it comes to checking out with the shopping bag, the items disappear when you want to check out, so i go back and put them again but now i have two of everything and theres no way to remove it because when you click on the shopping bag everything disappears again.. I noticed it since last year and i honestly stopped shopping on it, but then for someone unknown reason i tried shopping on the app again and this happened AGAIN!!! Also my friends have been experiencing the same thing..how was it not fixed???????

I have never yet been disappointed by Net-A-Porter. If I can’t find something anywhere else, they work hard to find it somewhere!
I love the option of saving your order number and info to your camera roll. Saves me the time of having to screenshot my receipt!

Always chic
Let them edit down the many choice out there and you will find those quality pieces that really make a difference in your total look. Returns are easy, but I rarely need to do that.

Been with Net A Porter since 2011, and rarely have I been let down by their service and efficiency! Keep up the good work! :) I would like for you to introduce shoppers review on items, so perhaps consider that for future app updates.

they always have a 10% start over you on pricing. And most normal people respect saving 10% on everything. Plus their frequent well priced sales help their advantage....I can’t resist a sale OR a good discount. But when I was a so called Eip or VIP it didn’t benefit me say if because I had been very ill in hospital, which I frequently am an wasn’t home when things arrived, making the return boxes late, you sent those items , usually SHOES—now, people, if shoes don’t fit they are unwearable,8 still have a very expensive pair from you. I keep them on the mantelpiece and they are a great conversation piece and probably not in a way beneficial to you.

Very disappointed that you started charging shipping. I guess I will not be able to order from your website as much as I used to.
Great online shopping. Poor App.
The App never opens, never works (had it on my iPhone for 3 or 4 years). Deleting it & reinstalling doesn’t help either. ... The App is more convenient because clicking on items from the email would connect direct to the webpage.
