Personal observations of a longtime customer
I have been on this site for years and years 2005 or 2006 maybe earlier . The good old days :) I used to be a vip customer but now -a -days there are many choices online.
I don’t find it’s curated as cohesively as it used to be . The clothes selections seem more random and they don’t all fit together both in placement/ order on site and as a grouping altogether. Sometimes the choices make no sense to me and I am quite the fashion person in a more laid back way now ,but I certainly have the knowledge ,and the eye.
It used to be a little more funky ,which appealed to me more , even in high end labels , but I guess that’s a financial decision .
I still purchase and look every Monday Wednesday and Friday but don’t find the experience as stimulating to my creativity .

They’re good. Especially during the sales. The alerts. The updates. The extra mark downs. To resist is ludicrous. I just purchased a pair of Golden Goose sneakers I’ve been eyeing because I got the alerts. Sooooo yes this app is great. Easy to order. Quick. Fast. The one thing I’m so surprised at is the way the dresses are hung and sent out
A lot of what I order is so delicate whether I️t be lace crepe cashmere silk what ever I️t is I️t should be protected in plastic under the garment bag
I take I️t out so wrinkled or i have to look to see if it’s damaged
Just ordered a lace Oscar 7,000 dress that did not come protected
Same with my beaded zuhair Murad
Over the years I’m shocked nothing cane damaged
Other then that i love shopping net a porter
It’s my go to for mostly everything and i do love your sight

I love this app. This is the first app I got to on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Easy to purchase from the delivery is soooo quick, returning is just as quick and easy. The styling is so chic and I love how they will note the actual size the model is wearing, i.e "model wears a size Large to achieve a slightly oversized look".Show lessFashion Nostalgia
