I enjoy using Net-a-Porter. The products are shown in clear illustration and in my experience have always been true to depiction. I really like the short clips of merchandise modelling. There is a good mix of well known brands and interesting new brands to try. I haven’t given 5 stars because sometimes delivery is a little slow and stock seems to take a long while to replenish, but I intend to revisit regularly!

App not great.

Doesn’t allow you to swipe on the small images, like Matches fashion. You have to click on the image to see a different image. It’s time consuming and irritating. I sometimes can’t be bothered and shop at Matches instead because their App is better, and the delivery charge is cheaper. And Matches is usually a bit cheaper. I recently purchased a Gucci handbag from Matches for £760. The same handbag on NAP was £800. It’s a no brainer. Not able to understand why NAP can’t be more competitive, given it is a huge company much bigger than Matches. At least match Matches prices.

Wishlist not working or tracking orders

I’ve loved using this app so far but for a month or so the wishlist is not working. It makes it hard to keep track of the items I want to buy (main use for it is easy access to the things I’m highly interested in when I’m ready to buy) . And I can’t track the orders I’ve placed using the orders button. I have to wait for an email with the tracking number.. kinda annoying

Wish list not working

I love the app but for the past month and a half I have not been able to access my wish list or pull up my account details.

Can’t use PayPal for payment on the app

Called and emailed several times about not being able to use PayPal option when I submit my order on the app on my iPhone and even on my laptop. Have to go home and do it on my home computer before it works!

Suggest to add more filter action criteria

- my designer options
- for eip sale to be able to filter by category and designers including multiple designers at a time

Gone Seriously Downhill

I’ve been shopping at Net-a-Porter since 2012. I loved the site. The merchandise was great and so was the customer service. I just ordered four pairs of shoes last week and heard nothing for almost a week. So I called which is always a pleasant experience in the past. I was greeted by Tony Soprano would proceeded to tell me my merchandise was being held up by unforeseen circumstances. The government wasn’t allowing my shoes to be sent. Really? That is not an unforeseen circumstance at this point. It is known. Why was there no notice on the site or an email informing me when I placed my order? He couldn’t even tell me when they thought they’d ship, so I cancelled my order. He said he ‘would see if I could cancel.’ No apology, nothing. RIP Net-a-Porter. You were great while you lasted.

What’s Happened

I love shopping with Net-A-Porter and have always enjoyed the app which is super easy to navigate. One tiny thing that is driving me c-r-a-z-y - it suddenly seems to think I am shopping from Hong Kong, rather than the U.K. I’ve no idea why this has happened and no matter how many times I try and change it back to the UK it goes right back to Hong Kong. It shows all the prices in HK$ so it is annoying. Team - any fixes for this random fault?

Easy to find unique items

They have the shopping experience separated by shoes, clothes, accessories Etc. You can sort it by price or select a specific designer. You can also look by material type like linen. I have learned which designers I like by browsing.

Quick and easy

I’m always tempted to look at this site but I never ordered before. It was a great experience. I ordered some shoes without any difficulty at all. I’m so anxious to get them and try them on. Looking forward to wearing them from Spring and into fall. Thanks for all you do to provide beautiful, stylish and elegant clothes!
