This Application has a great team and really so organized and they have the best always. I been their customer since 2009 and always was satisfied with everything. Return policy is the easiest and communication with the team is very easy. Thank you

I have shopped with Net-a-Porter since the very beginning and they have never failed to deliver the finest in both products and customer care, always presented exquisitely. The app reflects all aspects of this perfection beautifully, it is user friendly, reliable and it just works the way you want it to. Whatever I am looking for, I always check Net-a-Porter first - there’s no one I would rather be loyal to. And no.. I don’t get a discount for writing this review ;)

Functional, but only just
Card capture does not work whatsoever. If you like to shop over the course of several days (like I do) you will have to completely empty and refill your cart before ordering as it seems the items expire?? It let me fill out all my payment and shipping then claimed my cart was empty. Nothing I wanted was sold out and I had to re enter all my info. Expect a little better from luxury shopping. Might as well just stick to the website. No benefit to the app.

Would have thought their app would have been more advanced. Wish images scrolled on PLP like Shopbop. Wish PDP had “the look” widget as desktop does. Quality of images could be clearer. Load time is slow overall. xoxo still love net a porter though!! :):)

I’ve always enjoyed this app however since it changed I’ve had a few issues
It keeps logging me out - I have to log into my account every time I launch the app which I never had to do with old design
Also when adding things to the wish list it’s not in order anymore. It used to save in order you added the item so it was always easy to find your more recent add ons but now it’s not in any order and what I add to the list could end up anywhere within the list meaning I have to search through it which defeats the purpose

The best!
This app makes fashion come alive. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the amount of work which has gone into making this app esthetically beautiful while being easy to navigate for anyone. I shop with Net-A-Porte exclusively because of the ease and beauty of their app.
Not user friendly
I didn’t register so I went through as a guest, had to type in my details at least three times as one of the items were restricted to my shipping country. If you click back, it doesn’t save anything you have typed in previously
New App is terrible
Wishlist keeps loading same items, filters are just terrible.

Love the site, app a bit buggy
App won’t keep you signed it or remember your details - have to log in again every time I open it. Really annoying. Otherwise love it, great amount of detail attached to products.
