Switching Basket List
I have noticed recently that every time I am reviewing my basket the product are switching from first to last to second... that is super annoying. I am a really loyal customer but if that would not change I would consider another platform to buy my season purchases

This is my first review I’ve ever written for any app before. I’m so pleased with Net-a-Porter that I just had to write a quick positive review!! I got the app initially because I noticed several of my favourite brands and had read such good reviews. I made my first purchase last night (a gorgeous Alice+Olivia white bodycon). I got a text this morning that my dress would be delivered this afternoon! I did standard shopping so I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived so quickly. When it got delivered, I was even more pleasantly surprised...instead of a boring brown box, it was delievered in a sleek, black Net-a-Porter bag tied with a ribbon. Talk about making customers feel special!! I’m in love with my dress and will definitely always be using Net-a-Porter from now on, when I’m shopping for the brands they stock!!

Keeps crashing
Won’t let me browse items.. keeps going back to the top of the page every time I scroll down.
When applying filters, the results just go back to all the times instead of the ones that I want to look at.
I just updated the app.. didn’t have any issues beforehand.. hoping they can fix the bug and give another update.

I can’t view or save things to my wish list
I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can’t considering I can’t purchase my most loved items because I can’t see them! I thought it was just a glitch with the app but it’s been this way for months. I stopped using the app and today I logged onto the website outside of the app and realized that now I could see my wishlist but nothing I had been saving in the app had actually saved. What gives?

High quality website hosting high quality fashion
Easy to navigate, filter and get an overview. The app is so easy to use for a quick (sometimes too quick) purchase 😅👍🏻. Love the fact of the frequent and daily/weekly updates with new items. You always feel just a bit extra special when you’ve made a purchase from this site. Easy and safe returns too! Love love love 💖

Lack of credibility
I'm using this app for 5 years, and my last order was Whirl Trio Styling, the box should include 3 barrels but it was empty! They charged me with the full amount for the handle only. It is written in the description that the product including the barrels and I checked many sites who sell the product and it the same (the handle plus the barrels with the same price). They reply to me and asked for a refund request and return the box! And I'm not satisfied with this reply!

Latest bug fix failed!
The app was perfect. Then I updated it 2 days ago and I cannot view products. I cannot log onto my account. I can click on themed edits such as London FW feature. I can’t even browse “what’s new” - please fix again! It’s frustrating to wait to search your site on a regular computer :)
