Completely unusable most of the time
In which they ALWAYS give the user 20 tasks to complete. Once you've done those and sent in all the information, (again, because the answers were on the form that you have to submit to contact them!), they'll delay for several days, then maybe reply with some more stupid and irrelevant questions or tasks for you to perform (stupid because they obviously haven't read your email and irrelevant because they're already answered or nothing to do with the issue you're having)
They seem to have a list of these irrelevant questions that they've been told to ask, regardless, and will continue this ploy of "delay for several days, keep asking the same questions, add a new one here and there, suggest deleting the app, turning off vpn, force closing, reinstall, new phone, old phone, model, operating system, latest version, etc etc etc", ad nauseam, till you give up and delete your account.
I once kept it going for nearly 12 months, just to see how long they would keep stringing me along for.
It's ridiculous.
Btw, like others on here, I once had a paid membership, which was cancelled for absolutely zero legitimate reasons, with no appeals or even response to my enquires.

It’s getting worse!
Lately there’s been lots of spammers and fake accounts ( dealing with this daily )and Grindr have overloaded it with ads now like they do in games where you have to wait and close the ad 3 times to continue
I’d be tempted to go for the paid version but the amount of spam and unstable platform ( crashes and missing info ) put me off spending money on it

Unable to refresh
If you follow the troubleshooting, and force close, restart or install - nothing works. Uninstalling also has issues because it then it doesn’t let you log back in with an unable to login error.
I’ve never seen such a huge amount of issues on any other app or website. The app is unusable with so many error. You should really fire your entire dev team, the app is so bad now!
