Very poor calculator.
No ability to input a different interest rate and calculate the new term.
No ability to input a payment frequency.
No ability to calculate a term from a What If scenario of payment and interest rate or frequency of payment.

Changing the taxes has no effect in the payment!!
There is a bug that make this app not to work properly, if this is fix then it will be a very good app.

When you adjust the percentage of property taxes it doesn't adjust the cost of the taxes. ??? This feature needs to be fixed or else it's worthless.

Limits on loan amount
Was looking for a program to determine car loan payments. This app works fine, but does not allow calculation for loans less than $20,000. Doesn't make sense.
Monthly tax
To the previous reviewer who couldn't figure out how to change the monthly tax rate: click on Expenses and set the amt paid in a year. The app automatically calculates the monthly charge.
