This is a fantastic free app. It not only accurately calculates mortgage costs, but also allows amortization analysis and inclusion of additional costs when calculating monthly payments! It will even do basic mortgage interest tax savings analysis. I love that you can enter specific mortgage amortization schedules and interest rates! Thanks! This was everything I was hoping for! Keep it up!

Small problem, big shortcoming
Does not matter what adjustments you make, the monthly tax cost never changes. This is a big factor most first time homebuyers forget to calculate into their monthly budgets, so having an accurate cost calculation is extremely important.
In order for this app to be effective, the ability to adjust tax rates is mandatory. Please fix this.
