Painfully laggy, please fix!
The app design and layout is good, but I almost always give up on trying to load MyChristies as it takes so long. It’s pretty much unusable even on 5G or WiFi and I have an up to date iPhone. Looking at individual lots in My Lots and them coming out again takes forever. And the follow button on lots often doesn’t work, I have to click several times. It is really poor and I basically have to use the website not the app. Unsure why it doesn’t work, Sothebys app always does!Show lessfhduwhsif

Worst Major Auction House App
I don’t know how this app keeps getting updated but keeps getting more bugs and worse UI changes. It’s updated frequently and every time I open it I like it less.
I highly prefer browsing auction catalogs on my phone, and I use most major auction houses apps. I have to use the Christie’s website in my browser because this app is so difficult to use.Show lessKylej7
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks
Even tried reinstalling the app and the login just hangs after asking for credentials. This isn’t just a momentary outage…the app seems broken?angelfaust
Can’t even log on
Hey Christie’s, I can’t even log onto your app. Most of the time I can’t even get it to open on my phone. It just sits there stalled. Major disappointment for one of the best auction houses in the world. He won’t stay that way with this app!Slosjf

Bad Design!!!
Why do we need this app?? I tried it and it has this big bar at the bottom and 1/4 of the top does not go away!!! You have taken away so much of the browsing screen by leaving those annoying menus or whatever they are!
Just go to the website on a browser! You can scroll using your entire screen. So much better!Show lessLuvF1
