Charged me for a year subscription for which I did not approve.
When I agreed to the two month free trial, I was immediately charged $30 for a full year. I’ve contacted their customer support asking for a refund. Still waiting to hear back. Also, the app itself doesn’t seem to work very well.
Still no word back from the company. Filing a fraud claim with my bank now and will cancel my card. All the 5 star reviews are this app are clearly fakes.Show lessMerleTMurder
Beware, its a scam!
First thing that happens when you open the app is a dialog offering a two month free trial. You have to click ok to even start using the app. It said you’d only be charged after the trial is over, but I checked my account and I was charged immediately! Also the data in the app is either outdated, inaccurate and/or fabricated! You’re better off using the family watchdog website.Show lessGore storm
Accuracy in question
After doing a search in my area I started to notice everyone showed having the same birthday as well as have “tattoo on left hand” as an identifying mark. Some of them didn’t even have the offense listed. Places doubt on the accuracy of the rest of the informationPi32280
Some info clearly incorrect
I checked dozens of offenders in my area. All of them are listed with the same birthdate on the initial view (before clicking for details about theme). Half of them listed the exact same date of last offense (3/8/97). One guy person was as a woman. Some of them had two semicolons where the offense they committed is supposed to be listed.
If the above easily verified info is so clearly incorrect, then there’s really no way to trust that the other info (photos, etc) is correct, either.Show lessyapishkahilt

Free trial is a scam and the app is inaccurate
When I downloaded the app, I clicked free trial. Realized that it sucked after a few hours and canceled my subscription. Had a pending charge on my card for a few day and then it went through. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FREE TRIAL. Requested a refund and it might take a month for me to get the $30 back. I really don’t make much money and I needed that money for groceries. Also females are listed as males, black people are listed as white, EVERYONE has a tattoo on their left hand? Don’t bother with it you can find the same information on the internet for free (without all the errors).Show lessLivoki22
Good concept but I am unsatisfied
I feel like If this app was free I’d buy it for the full deal, but I can’t add a credit card at the moment. On the free version it shows the names and all the other information but it has the “last offense” as the same date for everybody in my neighborhood. That is inaccurate information.Liah06
Informative but ..
The app gives good information but it’s not a free trial like stated they instantly charged my Apple Pay 30$ which is not advertised. Not worth 30$ a month when you can look it up free online through the state or county I tried because I figured it would be simple and quick through an app but not for 30$ and it said free 2 month trial. I downloaded the app for free and the app promised me a free trial until February 14th. I canceled my subscription the same day that i got the app, meaning they shouldn’t have charged me. But for some reason, y’all took $30 out of my bank account. This is ridiculous. I was told that i was in my free trial. FREE key word. I want my money back. Worst app ever.Show lesshsbnbajabbd
SCAM AND INACCURATE
Signed up for a “free trial” because it wouldn’t let you move forward or look at information without signing up, then I canceled my subscription immediately so I wouldn’t be charged for the subscription after the trial, only for 3 days later a 29$ charge to be taken out of my account?? App is VERY hard to navigate and tons of inaccuracies within the data 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND get a different appShow lessBrattat
