Crashes with new apple iOS update
App not compatible with new iOS update.
Doesn't work
Does not work at all .... not wasting time trying to get the stupid app to recognise I even have an Internet connection!
Much improved
New GUI is much better and I've had no crashes since upgrading to 4.0.1.
worst upgrade ever
this is the worst upgrade ever. DME crashes constantly, it crashes on login, it crashes when you sync, it crashes when you delete an email.
time to go back to microsoft activesync as DME is so frustrating

Upgrade disaster
Following the grade the app seems unbelievably unstable and crashes out constantly, there are some awful design issues too, every time I go into an email then click the trash to delete I get a notification message that then dumps me out of the app.
Not impressed!

Real problems
The app crashes and takes an age to sync in comparison to the iPhone version.
Both could do with a conversation/thread view on emails. I also can't see my calendar availability before accepting an invite.

A good start, but lots still to do
As a basic email, contacts and calendar client it does the job. Very grateful that I've been able to ditch my BB and use a single mobile device.
Unfortunately, when compared to the built-in iOS mail, calendar and contacts apps, DME still has a long way to go. I do like that you can show your personal calendars alongside your work calendar in DME though - very nice. Also like the 'all attachments' view.
Things that definitely need improvement/adding to the feature list:
- Synchronisation is very slow, to the point of being painful. It seems like the client is comparing everything instead of just looking for changes in the headers, and sync'ing the deltas.
- No support for for HTML content. It's 2012 guys, the associated security risks can be managed.
- Email threading required for conversation grouping. Even if the older messages aren't on the phone, give us the headers and the option to pull them down again.
- Smart tagging of phone numbers, addresses and dates for one-touch calling/contacts, maps and creation of appointments.
- Support for viewing encrypted content. Build in a way for our certificates or private/public keys to be stored and received on the devices.
Thanks!

What have you done!!!!
I downloaded the latest update and the app ground to a halt!!! The only way I can receive my emails is to use the RESET option and that wipes off any emails I have on the device. Please give me the old version back - QUICKLY!!!!
This is terrible
Just updated my iPad 1 and iPhone 4 to DME 3.6.1 together with iOS 5 on both devices and have had problems with the DME calendar syncing with the device calendar. The calendar entries were appearing in the DME calendar but the device calendar and the new notifications window were empty. I reset the DME data from the settings several times to refresh the data but it made no difference. I read up that DME won't sync with the device calendar if another app also syncs with the device calendar to prevent any data conflicts if DME and the other app access the device calendar at the same time. I had iCloud active but it didn't sync with the device calendar but I thought I'd turn it off anyway. This action deleted the data from my device calendar, which I wasn't too concerned about as everything was in my DME server copy. I reset the DME data again and resynced. This caused selective DME calendar entries to be deleted and still didn't fix the problem! I turned iCloud back on but disabled apps syncing data. I then noticed that new DME calendar entries were syncing with the device calendar but not the older existing ones. This is where I have left things! And to top it all off, the DME sync icon on the iPad doesn't work and I have to go into the email, calendar, contacts and to do separately to sync. The sync icon works fine on the iPhone. Go figure...

Worst mail client in the world
I cannot warn too much about this app - filled with bugs, completely unstable, no usability, bad design, no contacts sync, heavy data usage, extremely slow sync, only lousy built-in calendar sync, ...
