Usually good but...
My local stop keeps disappearing... I have to delete the app, re download it, then it is there, but the minute I come out the app and go back on it, it's gone :/ fix this and I'll give it 5 star.
Could also do with being able to set an alarm for when the bus is 5 minutes away to stop me having to keep checking the app.

Horrible app, when I first got it, it was great!! Very handy but now it's slow and unreliable doesn't tell you the correct time off the bus So all it can pretty much tell you is your bus is coming but it doesn't know when. I will be deleting that app and telling anyone I know to do the same.

Well now I have see it all. This app has got to be one of the worst apps I've used for getting transport in a long time.

If you click the direction (the one you want) the bus will go the opposite way
The information is not clear on where the bus is going
So the app is good at telling you a bus is coming but where it goes... Well good luck!
I am a software developer/architect and my advice to the Dev team would be to rethink the workflow of the app and its process. In the meantime, recommending Google maps for all your travel needs!

Very helpful
Instead of just relying on the time tables on the bus stops (which aren't exactly accurate) you can pretty much track the bus you want to the second.
Best bus app!!
Does everything so well and smooth, iPhone 4. IMHO, much better then the Bus app from lothian busses.

Great app, have been using it for the last 18 months and rarely have a problem. But please update the stops at the royal infirmary - their location changed a month ago.
Not intuitive...
For someone who doesn't know Edinburgh, this really doesn't help much. It would be far simpler, and easier to use , if you had a 'current location', and 'destination'...
At the time of writing, I don't know the area at all. I searched for 'Royal Mile', and got a screen with about 50 stops. After tapping a few, I finally found the Royal Mile stop, and was presented with '36'. Now, I assume that is the bus I need to catch, but I won't know for certain, until I go to a bus stop...
Conclusion...

Fantastic idea! The best always comes from the local people. Thank you for creating this. Easy to use, find and save bus stops. I use this practically every day.
