I'm up in the air about this app. While the concept seems sound, judging nutritional value of food based on a few key components and meshing that into a 1-5 value, the end results can leave you scratching you head. For instance my OJ rates a 1 (eat with caution, and limit) of course my OJ is also infused of omega-3 fatty acids, so yes it is "fatty" its also "good" fats, and this program can't account for something like that. If you have common sense on what you should and shouldn't eat then pass on this app, if you have a vague understanding of the nutritional profile box then maybe you might find this app useful.
