App Freezing

App freezes when selecting a sensor after launching. Can’t actually see any of my sensors or interact with them. I’m on iOS 14.2.1 and app version 20.3.0.

Normally Brilliant

Normally the app works flawlessly and it’s tremendously helpful, but after the recent update anytime i search for sensors the app freezes and become unresponsive. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling this hadn’t helped.

Needs an update

App freezes when trying to view certain sensors. I have iPhone 12 with iOS 14.2.1.

App freezes

This app has been typically great for me, but I’m starting to see the app just freeze and you have to close it and reopen. After reopening, it freezes again. I’ll rate more stars once the app is fixed

App crashes

The app freezes and becomes unusable when viewing the list of our network switches. Have tried removing and reinstalling the app to no avail. Please fix this issue Paesler!

Freezing and crashing

App freezes the crashes when viewing a device and tapping back to go back to the top level. Cloud trial off to a rocky start already....

Amazing, but Bug Within Settings Menu

This is an amazing tool with a lot of functionality for monitoring devices on the go. The one problem I’m having on iOS though is the fact that when I go to my settings menu, all text is invisible until I click on something, so I have no clue what settings I’m changing or enabling. This is critical for changing notifications on my device, etc, so once this gets resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Freezes every time

The app is it useless. Freezes every time I’m using it within a minute. If I scroll my lists or touch it at all it freezes. If somehow I managed to get to a monitor it will freeze before the first refresh. And yes I have deleted the app and tied to reinstall.
