My eyes and ears
Excellent program! I’m the network manager for the Town of Rockport, MA and manage all town and schools network and systems. PRTG allows me to be on top of my game. I’m able to see problems in real time giving our end users better service. I’m able to monitor all my devices from one location and letting me know the overall health of our networks and devices. Solid mobile experience
Very good mobile monitoring experience. It's not everything that is in the web interface but it's a good selection. I rarely need things that are not available in the app. The app also seems to be faster than the web interface for a lot of tasks. Viewing lists of sensors is a little awkward... so search and get right to the sensor you are looking for.Show lessM Caldwell
Phenomenal App
I searched for a long time looking for a network monitoring solution that was effective and simple. Since this review is for the app and not the PRTG software, I wills simply say that the software is amazing and solid. As far as the app goes, I’m very pleased. The app is gorgeous and stable. It presents the info very cleanly and keeps you informed easily. My favorite feature of the app has to be the widget that is available in the notification center. It is incredibly easy to pull down the notification center and instantly get updates on your network. From there you can click on any of the status boxes to dive into more detail. Great job, developers. This is a phenomenal app that makes notifications easy to use, and very convenient to look into.Show less------Ethan------

Cute iPod Toy
This is a really cute iPod toy, but since it hasn't been written for the iPad yet, it has none of the usefulness of the PRTG desktop GUI nor the http console. The display on the iPad screen is exactly the size if an iPod, which leaves a lot of screen area for the rest of the program - which seems to be missing.
My only consolation: I didn't pay as much as some of the folks who got snookered on iPRTG. This app is worth half of what I paid for it.
UPDATE: Today's update to iPad compatibility has compelled me to upgrade my previous snotty rejection of this app. It's all new and all iPad! It's very fast and responsive to the server data and brings in all 89 of my sensors in just a few seconds. I like the favorites and the categorizing of alarms and statuses and rankings. I'm sorry it doesn't shift into landscape mode, but the information is all there, so it's a strong move in the right direction.
The look of iPRTG is not quite the same as the web or desktop apps, so you have to spend a couple minutes adapting to the different approach in data presentation. But the ability to monitor my equipment without having to login to the computer gives me a weekend and evening flexibility I haven't had before now.

This app is amazing. Let's you know if you network is up 24/7 and can email you the moment any service or connection is down( the important thing ). I highly recommend it. You can monitor your internet, routers, cloud services you use, and private cloud services.KyleTKnight
I can sleep
This app and the main product are wonderful. I monitor hundreds of systems with it. After getting it I don't worry about what is about to fail. The monitoring of all the systems and notification of any problems makes my life and work so much easier.

Really amazing
The web application has been really well translated to mobile.
I don't use it much but it's very convenient to pull up a graph or check a sensor when away from a computer.
I was about to say you can't change sensor settings, but you can! Cool.
