Leave a Review 2024 US Open Tennis
Excitement on the first day!
Love seeing all the players, crowds, goings on!!
Every moment is the chance to see a wonderful point, champion or newcomer, and the ecstatic reaction from the crowd. I am so grateful to be here after not having come in the past few years!Could be better
Generally ok, but still missing a basic feature of showing match start times in your local time. Other Grand Slam apps have been better. Why is the font so small on the Schedule page
Great app as always. But why is the font on the daily schedule page so much smaller than the fonts everywhere else on the app. It’s not adjustable either.
Is there a specific reason it’s so small?
For those of us that need some help with reading up close, please change the font to something similar to the font on the scores page or any other page. Thank you.Show lessCpa
I love to watch on demand matches, and espn and app used to provide those. And, I don’t want to know who wins before I can watch the match. But if I look on your app it shows. Is there anyway you can make that happen?US Open
J’adore le USOpen !Horrendous compatibility issues
The app is not compatible with iOS12, and anyone who still has an older phone such as iPhone6, which Apple still supports. All tickets are electronic but cannot be saved to Apple Wallet on iOS12. There is no option for paper or email tickets at all. The process to access tickets via the web is unnecessarily complicated and all but impossible for my 80-year old father, who has been attending for over 50 years. Horrible implementation by naive software designers. The USTA should be ASHAMED of this product and their heavy handed rollout of it.Show lessToo much flash, not enuf ez access content
This app is way too image - heavy to actually use at the Open. Current scores are too small to read easily. Since most Open visitors will be looking at those on iPhones in bright sun, you'd think the designers would have created an Ez-to -read section , like a drawsheet. This app is filled with unnecessary silly stuff. Difficult to access real time scores, court maps etc.Show lessThank you for radio coverage for us long-time fans.
No offense and nothing personal, but one sportscaster needs replacing. Zina Garrison does not have a good voice; her comments are 100% predictable; she repeats tennis cliche after cliche: some comments are cringe-worthy; and she never says anything insightful or original.OK, BUT
IF I’m watching the game, this app tells me the end result at least 2 or 3 minutes before the game has ended. As well as every set result early. Great for alerting me when the game I want to watch is about to start, but gives me the set result and end result before I’ve seen it happen. OK if you’re not able to watch the game though.Show lessRolf Aegler
Not happy with the alert setting. Too many notifications on a match (i.e. 1 players walking on court; 2 players warming up; 3 play begins; followed by the score of each set and every set followed by who defeated whom) and users can not change it. It‘s up to 8 or 9 notifications for a 5 set match. All most of the fans want to know is play begins, sets and the winner.Show less
