Only thing I would like is for the app to show sensitivity and specificity and predictive value.
Wonder for Manual Therapists
I've used this app to stay current on orthopedic exams and love how it links to the primary articles in PubMed. Also, I've used this app in an educational setting and the videos add a lot to students' understanding. Love it!
Lots of test - not specific enough
E.g. The first area i clicked was the shoulder. Hawkins-k test - tests supraspi. Impingement. It just says rotator cuff impingement. Not specific enough!! Quality not quantity

I thought this was terribly overpriced. I’m pretty frustrated I spent so much on an app that I have found little to no benefit out of. It seems every time I wanted to use it it needed to update the database and would just spin the apple wheel until I lost patience and switched it off. The app is a good idea its just not worth the price. $3 - $5 range would be more appropriate.

Do not recommend
I purchased the CORE app 2 weeks ago. Had a problem with the mobile website, contacted the developer of the app, and received with timely response. Like the links to videos for each of the tests.
Very thorough.
This was recommended by a well respected doc at a continuing education seminar. Worth the money.
Good app
The only thing I did not like with this app is when updating, it loses all the video and you have to redownload. The update also made the video soundless. Other than that, a must have app. For ortho cases.
Bad deal
Got this app on ipad,works great,iphone 5,complet opposite,cant open videos i bought can t rotate the screen,all videos just disapear from menu every time i turn it on so i have to download them again and again. Cant watch videos without wifi,even after paying extra money for that.
Good, but incomplete
This application's features are really, really nice. Everything it claims to do, it does well, and quickly. Unfortunately, it is missing a lot exams, and is therefore limited in its usefulness. Suggestion: take an orthopedic examination reference text (like Evans, for instance) and fill out the application with these examinations, using the literature reviews referenced within the text or texts. The application could then easily be updated as newer research is published or otherwise made available.
At this point, I wouldn't say the app is worth the $40 purchase price simply due the issue outlined above. $5.99 is reasonable for the video download, however. Here's to hoping the app gets a significant content upgrade. Again, the interface is very good, no need to change that too much.

The App is completely empty...
Bought this app today for $40. I have used it before through another clinician and I loved the app; however, I am extremely disappointed right now. The entire app in empty. There is absolutely no content within the app, and despite removing and reinstalling the app, there is still no content. Please fix ASAP.
