Account in the Peoples bank

Best bank ever made every customer so easy to use online banking and transfer’s

Great bank but horrible app

They need to fix their app asap! Every time I sign in it asks for security questions. Sometimes it locks me out and it’s very annoying. I may have to switch banks again if this isn’t fixed in a month or two

Banking transactions

Transferring funds from one account to another is very easy.

Terrible

Ever since the last update it’s terrible I have to log in a million different times and the transactions don’t pop up it gives you an error message and you have to start all over again . It’s slow there always maintenance going on it’s one of the worst bank apps I’ve ever had

Good app!

Good app, easy to navigate and get things done. I wish you would fix it though so I stop getting security and network errors. Have to sign in, get booted out then try three more times before I am able to log on and do anthing.

Logging in

There is a delay to login, it spins and spins only shows a white screen and half the time it does not login so I have to swipe the screen and start over. It is not my wifi, I also login to my M&T app and it always instantly connects. I feel the PB app lags or does not respond.

No account or routing number access

Would like to be able to view account and route information from the app

App Works Well, Few Suggestions

I enjoy having the app to check balances, deposits, etc., and make quick transfers. For some reason, face recognition doesn’t work for me for this app, which would be an improvement if it did, but it could be user error, I guess. I wish this had the feature of being able to make (searchable) notations for transactions. That’s something I could do with my old bank and I used it frequently. I could type “OK” in a description to note I had reviewed it against the receipt, etc. Or I could make a note that I paid something, but someone had given me part or all of the money. It was great for keeping track of everything in one place. I’ve had a problem with zelle since last year. A family member sent me money that I’ve never been able to access. I’m not sure if it’s connected to the app, or not, though.
