Good Game

Fun, but lots of basic UI problems
-Please don't zoom in for every screen on iPad, or make this an option to turn off--the first thing you have to do is zoom out or you miss huge parts of the action. It's really frustrating.
-The between screen popups are annoying and there's no way to get past them. Users don't want to be told "Good Choice! (wait 3 seconds...)", especially when it's pretty obvious that it tells you that no matter what you do!
-The rotate piece control does need more work, but that's a pretty hard problem since it conflicts with the pinch zoom. What about letting you tap to rotate once clockwise 90 degrees, like hitting up in Tetris?
-The music is all over the place (Old West, Asian, ???). I'd like to turn it off but there's no option.
-I don't want to shake my device to do anything. Ever. Please add a pause button.
-There's absolutely no reason for the dude in the upper left telling you what phase you're in (it's abundantly clear), and as others have noted, it's a big problem when you need to build something under him.Show lessb999999b999

Fun game, but you HAVE to fix something!
During the repair phase, you need to remove the graphic of the councilor in the upper left corner of the screen. It obscures repairable walls above the north-most castle. Not being to fill holes under the graphic has cost me several games. Fix that and you get 5 stars.digsby

Okay game but I'm not that into the story. No incentives to keep me playing it. Maybe make it so you could upgrade your cannons? Upgrades are what kept everyone playing legendary wars and this game just doesnt have that. Good concept though. Keep it up Liv.Alex851

Didn't play rampart but I'm digging this so far. I was on the fence about buying it, but after reading liv games' responsiveness on toucharcade, I can tell they'll listen. My only complaint so far is the rotate wall mechanics. Not quite smooth enough. Sometimes it moves the block around instead of spinning it. Annoying with only seconds before the Huns attempt to wreck my biz. I would love to see an optional rotate button that I could tap with the other hand to spin it. It would speed up wall placement considerably. Let's get her done please. Otherwise, a real treat.Show lessThomaslfhewitt3
