I am sure that if I understood how to retrieve and save files I would like it much better. The program is much too complicated for the casual user. I thought it was a program to organize, modify, save and print files... therefore I am a little disappointed at this point. With better directions it may do what I need it to do...Show lessHerbal T2B

Very Useful App
Gives me the tools I need to work and function away from the office. I constantly impress clients when I tell them while out in the field that I'll get them some of my company information and then deliver it within minutes.Imhomz

I was skeptical at first. I thought this app cost too much and was a waste of my money. However, I see this app is very valuable.
I am able to obtain PDF files from the Internet and emails. I can save them to my iPhone in this app and retrieve them from my laptop. The documents are not distorted. I can also type a document and print it.

A Must Have Office on the Fly App
As an iPhone owner who uses the available apps and phones features to their fullest extent I've become very picky about apps and what the developer promises. I've gone through a variety of apps some good some bad and discovered the one and only deal breaker I stick to. CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This app does everything and more that the developer states. He even, hold your shorts people, provides one on one CUSTOMER SUPPORT via an in app SMS feature. He stands behind his app and provides this support along with a very detailed user manual on it's web site. I would have paid double just for the support that is provided. Tiny Print
This points out not only what is wrong with the app, but what is wrong with the app store, namely you can't get your money back when an app won't work.
There are a lot of interesting features in this app that could get it a high rating, but unfortunately the app doesn't work. This is compounded by a non-responsive support department (they don't return emails). Yes, it says it will print to your network printer - if it can find it - but it doesn't say in the add WHAT SIZE it will print. Whatever size you see on the iPhone screen, that is the size you will get (i.e. if the document takes up all of the 3x2 screen you will get a 3x2 print. If it takes up less than that, you will get an even smaller printout).
If I could get my money back, I probably wouldn't have bothered to rate this. If support had worked with me to resolve the issue and it couldn't be resolved, it would have at least gotten two stars. Paying for an app that doesn't work and isn't supported by anybody only gets you one star.Show lessBorxTheMercurial
