Disappointing
The advertising for this product is misleading. They do not mention that many of the features are pay per use. The printing module does not allow the manual setup of network printers, and most printers on my networks are not detected.
I called their customer service and they claim an update to the printer module is under review by Apple, but I have seen nothing. As far as I am concerned, it was a waste of money.Show lessFineWino
HP Printer
Doesn't work. Great app but won't print w/ HP printers. CService were great but nothing back since my last question. I think it must be a prob with HP's maybe?? Shame. 9.99 for it too!Kiwi82
Bad customer service.
I bought the app, as soon as I went to use they tell you there is a per page charge. So I.requested a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND...NOTHING. I'll be surprised if this critque is published.surfkayaker75039
Nice app
Downloaded earlier today and have fooled around a bit so I am by no means an expert, but for $.99 it's a great deal. Mobile Toolz makes it easy to download files from my PC into a folder structure and then e-mail them remotely. Resume and cover letters are waiting to send. Have not tried the virtual keyboard or the peer-to-peer screen sharing but they sound neat. Now for the limitation - you either need a Postscript printer or a MAC to make it work. Windows printing is not supported at this time per tech support.Show lessKirbykofva
False advertising
Says nothing about having to pay to use the fax option. Says no subscription needed. But you pay thru the nose per page. Why??? It is all done electronically. Rip off!!!!Max Rebos
Awesome customer support! Great app!
I had a problem with it too, and when I contacted the developer about it via their website, I had a personal email back within a half hour! Amazing! He explained that they had removed the app while they fixed a bug and as soon as the new version was approved by Apple and I upgraded all would be well. In two days I not only had the app showing in the upgrade list in the AppStore but the dev emailed me to let me know it was available again! It's a great app and offers functionality Apple should have offers themselves by now.

But sometimes, there is an extra charge on domestic (us) faxes for unclear reason. Overall it is very good. I hope all filereaders adopt similar web interface for uploading and file management.
Update: once I upgraded to the newer version app stopped working.. claiming i have a pirated copy .. Will downgrade to 1 star until they get their act together.Show lessFarfoor

With this app, I can upload my documents from my computer to my iphone, share, email, even fax it...
So can I take a photo of important receipt, writing samples, etc, then share, email and fax it, really convenient
