It's great...when it works
This is a great app and convenient and I like that it stores a history of my electricity purchases so I can track my spending and usage ... But there are still many issues that needs to be corrected.
For logging in - it is never a smooth process. It always says I have entered incorrectly and then when I exit the app and re-click on it then takes me straight to the account.
My current issue is that I've upgraded my device and now it says that my user details are incorrect. Then I try and register and it says my email already being used. I then try and reset the password and it says my email has an error. I'm still awaiting the help desk to sort this out. Not very convenient when your units are low and you thought you could just upload relatively quickly.
Please sort this issue so that I don't have to revert to previous vendor.

Constant errors
When it works, it does work.
However to make it work will require at least 3 or 4 emails backwards and forwards to the support address.

Great app!
Really great app, very intuitive and user friendly. Does everything you'd expect an electricity vending app to do and does it well. The wallet is a nice idea of you don't have a credit card but haven't used that. Very happy I came across the app, I use it all the time now:) great job guys!
It works fine
I previously saw negative comments suggesting the bandwidth would be wasted getting this app. I haven not found that to be true - it works straight up so far, and the convenience is great.
Terrible interface
Terrible interface, but it works ok. Registration failed 5 times on my wife's phone.

Tried the app ... after registering etc it just refers you to their website which doesn't work either.

It does what it says on the tin... The added value is the funky report you receive each month on your electricity usage.

I have registered to pay prepaid with a message credit card validation in progress. It's been a month and no reaction.... Worthless
