The app became useless without synchronisation

If the synchronization option is supported in the upcoming app versions, it will be announced on the application page in App Store. Currently, all your scanned business cards, which are saved on your device, remain available and are not deleted from the application. To transfer business cards to another device, you can save a backup copy of the cardholder in the application as described in the article: https://support.abbyy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006996979. Also, to ensure that you do not lose any important information, we recommend ensuring that iCloud backup is enabled. One can no longer sync scanned business cards between devices! As the app does not connect to iCloud it has become impossible to see a card scanned on the iPhone on any other iDevice you may have. Clearly going in the wrong direction - I now regret having nought this app as a local one device app is useless.
Purchased. So I wasted $60 as there was no trial
Recognition horrible, therefore not useful at all. I read the review, have the iPhone 14 pro, so good camera.
I would say, take a pass on this one. Maybe in a few months there will be an upgraded. Since U purchased a life subscription, I have a lifetime to hope😎.

To have this app is a time saver. And to a an image of the card is so important not just the info.
