  • The app became useless without synchronisation

    Was a great app, used it for more than 10 years. Now it is completely useless without synchronisation between devices and with the web. Now need to think how to migrate 1000 cards to another platform.

If the synchronization option is supported in the upcoming app versions, it will be announced on the application page in App Store. Currently, all your scanned business cards, which are saved on your device, remain available and are not deleted from the application. To transfer business cards to another device, you can save a backup copy of the cardholder in the application as described in the article: https://support.abbyy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006996979. Also, to ensure that you do not lose any important information, we recommend ensuring that iCloud backup is enabled. If you have any further questions, please write us an email at mobile_support@abbyy.com.

    One can no longer sync scanned business cards between devices! As the app does not connect to iCloud it has become impossible to see a card scanned on the iPhone on any other iDevice you may have. Clearly going in the wrong direction - I now regret having nought this app as a local one device app is useless.
