  • Please fix the zoom

    You can’t zoom in on images and when you zoom in on floor plans it crashes.
  • Glitchy non starter

    Couldn’t even get started with this app. The usual loop of setting up an account, the password not working, trying to reset password via email, being told email doesn’t exist, trying to re-register email only to be told email already exists. I haven’t got the time or patience.
  • Doesn’t work

    As per title. Looks like issues from the reviews I read 4-11 years ago haven’t been addressed. Don’t bother.
  • Font is too small

    Good app and far more stable and reliable that the Figaro properties which is the worst app in term of user experience and reliability.

    Knight Franck on the other hand seems solid, and well engineered. With one exception, the font is almost tiny. there is no option to adjust on settings which is not ideal.
    Maybe they will eventually listen to small users such as us and provide a solution.

  • Does not open any of the specific listings

    Just downloaded. It searches listing based on criteria but then does not open any listing you select. Just sits with the circle winding in the middle. Should be basic stuff. No option but to go back on google or to another provider.

  • Doesn’t work

    App doesn’t display property. Update hasn’t fixed bug. Have deleted and reinstalled and still not working. Shows property in a list but not specific property.
  • Seems to be glitching

    You’ll search for one area (e.g. Bromley, Kent) and it’ll bring up 8K+ results all over the UK. Applying filters is also impossible as it either doesn’t action them or the screen goes blank while you’re trying to set them.

    I’ve had the app for ages and it was working perfectly fine around May so not sure what has happened since?

  • Worst upgrade!

    Every property that is saved now says ‘SOLD’ ?? Cannot access Anything in your saved properties on iPad. Please fix this.
  • Crashes if you use search

    Every time I try to use the search box, it crashes. I even tried uninstalling from my iPad and reinstalling - didn't help. Looking at properties by category works, but I don't want to view waterfront properties, I want to look in London, and it won't let me.
  • Knight Frank app

    Very good indeed, well till today, now it's turning its self off when, crashing I guess, when you put a search in, very annoying...! Though it is a great app when it's working 😊
