  • Pointless

    The website doesn’t work nor does the app. I can’t pay with PayPal and I’m not putting in my card information. Why give options to pay with PayPal and then say I have to put in my card information?????? Then it holds the seats that I want so I have to keep clicking new seats that I don’t want to sit in! This app is pointless. Do not download.

  • Cannot use the app in Mexico

    I diwnloaded last version and says the app it s not available in my region when i tried to use it. It was woking before but with las 2 versions not

  • Worst Movie Theater App

    We live at the border on the US side in Calexico Ca, literally 15 minutes away from the movie theater in Mexicali and have bought tickets on this app for years at least once a week. Since the platform changed it doesn’t let me buy anymore. I have gone to Cinépolis twice since then (about a year ago)

  • Unbelievably terrible. Had to use vpn to get it working, now vpn doesn’t work

    I live in Belize and an hour away from cinepolis in Chetumal, mx. I cant use the app because nothing loads, only the desktop version works. I was able to use it once with a vpn but now not even the vpn works. We’re in 2023 how is this an issue. These app developers have zero business sense…I have money i want to give to you, so take my money (because that’s fundamentally how you stay alive).

  • I would give it a zero-star review if I could.

    I’ve never been able to get past the “choose your theater” initial screen, in spite of me downloading several times and on different phones. It’s frustratingly buggy and useless.
  • Wrong location with gos

    Tried to order food before hand and even when I allowed access to location, it went to a wrong theater and ended up wasting around 30 usd since you cannot cancel or change location for tour order

  • Cant use it any more

    I live in USA, go to cinepolis at MEX, I used to purchase my tickets online, then sometimes I was able, sometimes I was not, now I wont let me even select my city, ir always shows an error, tried to use the developers help link and it is broken! Guess Cinemex wants my business

  • Used to use this all the time.

    The app will not allow me to choose a country. It says I am not connected to the internet and does not go further. It has not worked for in months.

  • Is not working

    The app is not working since months. I erase it and install it again and it keeps sending a message to check my internet connection.
  • Not working properly

    I have been trying to use it for weeks but I can’t get from here where is asking me for my country. Getting an error for my internet but neither with wifi or my celular data isn’t not going anywhere get stuck there.
