  • App does not work as designed.

    To be honest this company cuts corners and doesn’t manage the app properly. For one it doesn’t accept American cards, only Mexican Mastercards, then the app DOES not let you log in, it refreshes and crashes. Poor and lack of attention as usual in Mexico’s customer service experience 0/5 stars. Hope the developers can get this app working 100%, and hope they ramp up their customer service.

  • App just keeps giving me Error.

    I keep trying and keeps giving me error. I even deleted and reinstalled it few times
  • Useless app

    You cant pay unless you use paypal, which is no problem atleast theres away around that. But what am i supposed to do when the application wont even let me see showtimes because “i am not connected to the internet. Which i am. This application is completely useless. Reached out to cinepolis through customer service and twitter yet no response.
    Stick to Cinemark, they never fail.

  • Horrendous.

    This app and internet page are the absolute worse in all of history. Unresponsive app with an error message. The online version doesn’t display the times or options to purchase tickets. They literally don’t want our business.

  • Worst app ever

    It is not worth it. I would give it zero stars if I could. There was a time that I could use it with no issues, but in the past two months I can’t . There is an error message all the time popping up that says to verify my internet connections and try later. It never changes and I have checked my connection and everything but nothing seems to change. Too bad is not working, it used to be good but not anymore. Even the staff from the movie theater knows this app is not working right now. They have no idea why is not working and nobody seems to care.

  • FIX THE APP!

    The app started crashing and having issues. I cannot log in, buy tickets, see movie times NOTHING. I am located in Mexico and doesn’t work since it gives me a I got an error when trying to do anything says that my internet connection is bad and cannot load ANYTHING! FIX THIS OR I WONT HESITATE TO MOVE TO CINEMEX

  • Bad bad bad bad bad. DELETE

    The most unintelligent people updated this app and ruined the whole purpose of it. They shouldn't be working for this company or anyone who made the dumb decision to change and ruin the app. The whole purpose and functionality of the app is gone, as of today I have deleted it no use of having it anymore you cannot book any tickets without being in Wi-Fi in Mexico. Even living there if you're out and about and on the way to the theatre you must be on WIFI only Mexico 👎🏼👎🏼 zero stars!

    Doesn’t work and not able to process any payments. Need to go back to drawing board to make this application functional.

  • Does not work with US carrier

    The app will not work if you have a US carrier, UNLESS you are connected to a Wi-Fi in Mexico. This happened with the update as previous versions of the app worked just fine. As a long time Cinepolis app user it is very frustrating not to be able to use the app on the go. PLEASE FIX IT!

  • App doesn’t work anymore

    Use to buy tickets with the app all the time, now is TRASH!!, I’m not able to see movie schedules, purchase tickets, food, or even log in to my account anymore. The only times I’ve been able to use it it’s when I’m inside Cinepolis and using their wifi. Why even have the app in that case?? The purpose of the app is to see the schedules and purchase the tickets in advanced.. they better fix it soon
