Best calendar to view multiple accounts schedule/tasks (work/personal)

I use this app to synch all my calendars from different account for work/ personal at easiest:

-microsoft364 /outlook for meetings
- Planner for work deadlines and tasks
- Gmails for personal, like doctors, fitness classes, birthdays etc..
- Odd subscriptions like ‘Moon/Astro’ calendars for luna cycle!

Its fantastic as I can specify colours to categorise to see my schedule for both work and personal in one view!

Also great that I can set a reminder with multiple selection of different ringtones to get alarts.

And be able to store an image to remind me when necessary, and be able to select location address of appointments that opens a map app for direction.

It’s totally the best calendar app!

The graphic is simple enough to instantly understand my monthly, weekly or daily schedule.l but with enough customisable feature. I hate it when other developper make it too complex that it defeats the purpose of an app. (Instant understanding, quick view)

Thank you so much for creating this app, its the best app I have on my phone!

Amazing App

This app is fantastic in organizing a busy travel schedule and it allows you to see multiple events on a daily basis with a monthly view.

Not syncing birthdays

I have used this app for years - even pay for the upgraded version. I noticed recently that it is not syncing my birthdays. Have updated the app but I now have to go in and manually add birthdays

When you press the calendars icon button in the top center of our app's display, you are displayed a list of all your available calendars. You can scroll down that list and tick the calendars that you want displayed in the app. Is there a "Birthdays" calendar listed and ticked? Please contact our Support Team through the in-app link on the app’s ”Main Menu" > "Help & Support" page. They will quickly be able to help you further with this issue.

Changes

I’ve used this app for years and liked it very much. However, I’ve just noticed that I can’t show photos of events on different dates anymore, unless I’m doing something wrong. Why not? It was a feature I used a lot and I don’t remember an explanation. I can’t give much of a review until I get some feedback with reasons. Thanks, Allan

There has been a change to the user interface due in-part to getting ready for Apple’s new iOS 17 which is being released next month. When editing the event you will see the new action bar containing the attach “Photo” icon, the event’s "Color Bar", and the Custom Alert “bell” icon. This is displayed either at the top or bottom of the screen, depending on what iOS you are running on your device. (Top for iOS 17 and bottom for iOS 16 and less). Tapping those icons you will be able to add a Custom Alert or attach a Photo to the event. Please contact our Support Team through the in-app link on the app’s ”Main Menu" > "Help & Support" page. They will quickly be able to help you further with this issue.

Best calendar app!!

I am 62 years old and I am not gifted with computer skills. I’ve had this for several years and I can save truthfully I haven’t even tried other apps because I love this one and it does everything I could want it to do. I like how I can pick the colors and the box decorations, and even put the priority. I have to admit, I didn’t realize that is what I was doing when I first started using this calculator. I can truthfully say I have not really tried any other apps, because as people say… Old people don’t like to learn new things. We feel very comfortable as status quo. I did feel pretty good when my daughter-in-law was looking at my calendar and was asking me about it and she said that I needed to have my son put this on his phone, because he never remembers anything and this looks really interesting and easy to use.

Extremely versatile, invaluable app!

I have been using this calendar app for many years now and every update it only gets better. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I love the fact it is a calendar, recipe book and list maker all in one. The lists I make on here are invaluable! Not only the grocery list, I have a list for everything we need if we go away. I am able to filter and categorize it for day trip vs camping vs airline trips. I even have a list that I have been able to categorize by month and filter by travel distance with all the things that we would like to do or see. Then if we have some time and don’t know how to fill it, I can look at my list and gain inspiration. Now to mention the recipe section… It is so well laid out and extensive that it does everything I need it to and more. I really love that once you have added an ingredient you can check it off, I don’t lose my place anymore. Don’t know what I would do without this app!!
