I have been using BankInter online for over 10 years for local and internationally and I find it to be very secure, especially using the ‘KEY’ card and the way Bank use the SMS message for security.

Language switching
The app overall is not bad but I often get replies in Spanish and have to navigate it in Spanish when I have a nonresidential account and specifically said I needed an English version.Alyspence

An extremely poor app in terms of banking
It is both slow and frustrating and doesn’t cater for different languages (English)

I use a number of banking apps in UK banks, and whilst you do get used to their limitations, I wouldn’t give any of them 5 stars. This Bankinter app in English is excellent and I use it most days.haggismaker
Traspaso entre cuentas
Positivo: El mandar sms y alertas a numeros extranjeros. Por fin! Top!
Negativo: Han cambiado el menu de traspasos y ahora hay que hacer 3 clicks mas para mover dinero entre mis cuentas...poor experience.

NEW APP CURRENCY BILLS WALLPAPER
I’m Really disappointed when I’m seeing the new Bankinter app with currency bills were the MAIN AND CENTERED bill is a Guatemala Bill
Bankinter is EUROPEAN BANK! This is kind of confusing seeing that Guatemala bill centered in the app. I don’t understand that type of message! Maybe and Euro, or Pesetas or maybe another former European currency bills may be good. But Guatemala? Why? What is the message or the tribute to have that bill centered and strongly emphasized? Frustrating
Although the app detects that we need the English version and states that it will restart with the English translations, it doesn’t.
Additionally, when trying to purchase house insurance, it states that there is no wifi signal, which is wrong.
Quite frustrating at this early stage.Sheriff57
