No autoreload control
In Canada there is only the autoreload option for your wallet and they charge any amount the automatic system seems reasonable based on last few charges. They refuse refunds and are unable to deactivate autoreload, sometimes charging you $60+ in one instance. Outright scam, not sure how this is legal. Use other networks if you can.

2 Home Flex for 1 app
App is really great!
That would be interesting if we can add 2 HomeFlex to 1 account instead of having 2 differents as well as every recharge in a Live Activite notification on Lock screen and Apple Watch.

Very good but needs fine-tuning
The first time I used Chargepoint, I was the only one charging in a group of four chargers and it was very easy. The second time I used it, two of the four were occupied. It took a few tries to connect. When I held my iPhone to the charger, my Ticketmaster ticket wallet opened. This happened twice. Also, my car does not show up on the list. 2024 Tesla Long range, all wheel drive.

Does not respect programming hours. What is the point of an intelligent charger if the app is not intelligent.
For home can’t turn off
In general, this is a great charger. But two main complaints -one the manual is very un user-friendly. There should be two sets of instructions -one for the installer and one for the homeowner. As it is, it took the Electrician and I hours to figure it out.
The other issue is there is there should be a button on your phone app to turn the charger on and off. The only way to turn the charger off so that an unauthorized users can’t use it is a very awkward method of putting on a schedule. Sometimes the owner would want to charge it outside of the schedule. So this is really not helpful.
It would help that when they update the software they could have on or off button. Otherwise random people could use your charger as it shows up on searches for chargers.

Disconnect never works
I don’t mind the app, but whenever I’m charging it won’t disconnect when I try with the app and I have to change the maximum charge level manually on my car for it to stop and release
Needs UX work
The app has worked but really is missing the mark compared to its competitors. I’d have purchased Flo or another home charger had I realized. Please please update the UX and make the app simpler, more intuitive and with more features
Also push notifications don’t work for this app. It should be able to send reminders to plug in and updates when charged but only sms and email notifications work. Push is broken.
