Doesn’t record
Just purchased and downloaded the original version on my iPad, which told me it was compatible. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t record. I’m a decent fiddle player, it should recognize tunes. But the app is completely unresponsive. It doesn’t record. My iPad is the 2018 model, fairly current. Don’t buy the app, if you have an iPad it appears incompatible.

Nope...
All the rave reviews are nice, but, loaded on my iPad, wouldn’t record without the website connection.
Played the sample tunes, Added a few tunes, and today it won’t play any of them.
Can’t make the connection to find any help... ahhhh, technology.

More than it appears
I haven’t tried the record & search feature yet - but just having the ability to find multiple versions of tunes, from diverse sources (via “Keywords”) and store them in “My Tunes” on the App, is worth MORE than the meagre price of admission!

Didn’t work for me. Tapped all over the screen and it wouldnt record. Waste of money!

I love the app but how do you access favourites? What's the point of having a favourites tab if can't access them?

Does not even distinguish jigs from reel
I just bought this App and applied it to recorded session music as well as to individual tunes I played on the fiddle. It only recognized one tune out of 15! Often it suggested both jigs and reels!! The recorded session tunes were quite clear and played by some of the most respected musicians in London. Very disappointing!!

Great tool for ITM players
Tunepal is a must have app for me as I know over 600 tunes but have difficulty remembering tune names.
It’s not perfect, but when a tune is played well and precisely it’s uncanny in how well it works.

Great, but...
This is a great app, but a lot of times it returns tunes that are obviously not right, or even in the same time signature. I wish there was a way to narrow search results on the "record" page, like a little button for time signature or tune type or key, and it would only return results in those parameters.
