  • Works without any problem into 4s

    Thanks to the developers for this nice app. This really help me a lot to connect with my customers when I am on the go. Just works perfect.
  • Does not work?

    iPad air - IOS 7
    App crashed within seconds if starting each time.
    Have re-installed, rebooted pad, no go?!
    Does this app work for anyone else on an iPad?
  • Works great!

    I was expecting to run into some issues using this app after reading some previous bad reviews, but everything seems to work just fine in the latest version! Push notifications work as well, so I can stay logged in all day on my phone, and receive a notification when there is a chat request. :)

    App is stable. Works on ios7. Has older style keyboard. That should be updated. Chat works very fast but app needs more features and settings. Alert tone sound can't be custom. Customers site link can't be seen or clicked on in chat so you have no idea what product or page they are looking at. It's a good start but no where are good as the windows app.

  • Great app but.....

    MISSING INITIATE CHAT FEATURE!!!! Come on, for the price we should have all features if not most of the essential features that the desktop app has! Please add!
  • Lacks visit history

    While the application functions like the windows program it lacks the Ability to track visitors it only tracks chat history
  • Poor Tech Support

    I've had an issue with the app for almost 2 months. I checked their support documents and couldn't find anything to help me. I put in 4 tickets over the 2 months and I never got one reply. I'm still unable to find the answer to my problem.

    I've been forced to find another live help for my website that offers tech support and actually replies to their support tickets. The funny part is that they never answered any of my support tickets, but they closed them less then 24 hours after I opened them. Makes you think?

  • Nice app for mobile

    Pro: Very good app for mobile if you are not on your desk or travel most of the time.

    Con: Since ios 5 update, you have to type in your password every time you open the app. Don't close the app if you do not want to type in the password again.
    Developer known the problem but no fixes yet since ios5 release.

  • Doesn't keep you logged in

    Used to keep you logged in but new update doesn't anymore. This defeats the purpose of having a help desk app if you have to be using the app 247 to stay logged in. That's what a laptop is for. This is an iPhone app. Where's the push notifications? And why does it kick me out after five minutes of not using it? This is a great app if you have an iPhone but don't have a life. I'm switching help desk platforms because of this.
