Update The App
Was a great app until developers sat around and didn't do their jobs obviously. Being told you're working on it when you call and no timeframe for update is pretty sad given you've had two years ...
Get it fixed!
This app should be fixed. You’ve had plenty of time. Reading all these reviews tells me you are not listening to your customers. I contacted you months ago that you would have to update it and I received a pat answer of “we’re working on it.” If you run your credit union the same way you run your app I might have to find a different place to place my money.

*** NEED UPDATE FOR IOS 11 ***
I can’t even access my account through the app since the iOS 11 update. The message is that the “developer” needs to update before Apple will allow me to access the app. I have since deleted the app to attempt another download and now I can’t even access the download due to this issue.
2 years in waiting
Apple has been warning iOS developers that the 32bit applications will not be supported. This means MCCU had 2 years to get ready for the change that occurred in iOS11 and did nothing to prepare. There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to fix this.
Unsatisfied customer
Been waiting for the developer to update app for about 2weeks so I can continue to use my bank app it’s just frustrating not being able to check account or transfer money etc😤😤😡😡😡😤#whenwillappbeupdated

This app is really great and helps me keep track of my finances, but please please please update ASAP so it can be compatible with the iOS 11 on iPhone
NEW LOOK
The Houston app for MCCU needs a new look. Not saying it needs to look pretty but the layout is so large and it looks like it belongs on the iPhone 3 or something. And it keeps logging me out on it's own. Other than the really good app.
Decent features but old app
I use this app frequently but my phone is now telling me it won't run the app anymore because it's too old. Mccu either needs to update or release a new banking app.
OK app
OK app for basic banking but this app really hasn't change in several years. Needs updating to allow bill pay and online mobil deposits and other on-the-go banking that other banks offer.
